Postpaid Referral Program FAQs

Terms & Conditions (POSTPAID MOBILE):

1. The scheme is open only to residents of the BVI who are at least 18 years old and whose details are recorded on the Digicel subscribers database.

2. You will receive an email when you refer a new subscribers (a subscribers who has no previous relationship with Digicel) to Digicel and they complete on their new contract transaction arranged through Digicel.

3. The person being referred must give your details to the adviser at the first point of contact (call or email), the information must be sufficient to enable us to identify you as the referrer.

4. There are no restrictions on the number of referrals you can make. The more referrals you generate, the more rewards you'll get.

5. The offer is available until further notice.

6. The reward is a rebate of $75 off the next available bill for the existing subscribers making the referral, and 25% of discount in the Prime Plus More plan (was $135, now $100) for the new subscribers referred. The credit will apply once the person referred sign the contract and pay the first bill.

7. New subscribers being referred must complete a contract at the Digicel Store in order for both parties to qualify.

8. This campaign cannot be exchanged for cash.

9. Digicel reserve the right to amend, vary or cancel these terms and conditions or to withdraw this promotion at any time.

10. Upon completion, entrants will be notified by email.
