Providing premium services and safeguarding our network infrastructure is a considerable undertaking. Like many industries, we have been impacted by increased costs of international television content, global supply chain challenges, global inflation and increasing costs of international capacity, all of which have significantly increased the cost of doing business. Unfortunately, we can no longer bear the increased costs alone. 


Please be advised that effective December 1st 2022, the price of your subscription fee will be increased (see information below).


We have an unwavering commitment to continue to deliver more speed, reliability & connectivity to BVI. The price change will ensure that we can continue to invest in our services to you.

1.    What is the reason for the price adjustment?


These price changes have become necessary at this time due to the effects of the increasing costs of international television content, global supply chain challenges, global inflation, and increasing costs of international capacity all of which have significantly increased the cost of doing business.


This price change would allow us to continue to deliver on our commitment of giving you the best experience on our superfast fibre broadband network, despite the effects of inflation.



2.    What date would the price increase take effect?


The price adjustment takes effect from December 1st 2022 and will coincide with your next bill date.  



3.    Is there any additional value I received from Digicel?


Yes, over the past month, Digicel gave customers great additional value at no extra cost. The upload speed increase on plans at no additional cost.

5.    What additional offer would I receive with this price increase?


Digicel remains committed in working with all our customers to support their Home and Entertainment needs.


For customers who activated between September 1st, 2022 and November 30th 2022) will receive a discount  to maintain their current base subscription for 6 months ONLY.



6.    If I sign up for the service before December 1st 2022, will I be eligible for the discount?


Yes! Discounts will only apply to customers who signed up within the period September 1, 2022 to November 30, 2022.



7.    For customers who already receive a discount, will an additional discount be given with this change?

If a customer already has a discount, they will not be given an additional discount.



8.    Would all plans be increasing?

No. Price adjustments are happening across mentioned plans only.



9.    Would I be able to downgrade my package?

Yes. Downgrades will be processed within 3 business days (Monday to Friday) from request.
