The Digicel World Cup 65” Samsung Smart TV Promotion (the “Promotion”) Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to you and govern your participation in the Promotion. You should read these Terms carefully before participating in the Promotion.

 

“We” or “us” means DIGICEL BVI LIMITED (“Digicel”), a company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands having its registered office at 5th Floor Jayla Place Building, Wickhams Cay 1, Road Town, Tortola, BVI. References to “we”, “our” and “us” in these Terms also include our subsidiaries and affiliates (“Affiliates”) from time to time.

 

“I” or “You” means the person participating in the Promotion and “your” shall have the same meaning.

 

By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to or accept any of these Terms, or if you are under the age of eighteen (18), you should not participate in this Promotion.

 

1. What is the “Digicel World Cup 65” Samsung Smart TV Promotion”?

From May 29, 2026, to July 18, 2026 (the “Promotional Period”), Digicel will be offering eligible customers a chance to win one (1) 65” Samsung Smart TV.

 

To qualify for entry, customers must complete one of the following activities during the Promotional Period (“Qualifying Activities”):

·        Switch to Digicel.

·        Activate a Digicel bundle.

·        Pay their Digicel bill on time and in full.

2. Who can participate in the Promotion?

Subject to these Terms, only the following people can participate in the Promotion:

•        Existing Digicel Prepaid customers.

•        Existing Digicel Postpaid customers.

•        Existing Digicel+ customers.

•        Persons who switch to Digicel during the Promotional Period.

•        Legal residents of the British Virgin Islands who are eighteen (18) years of age or older.

 

Exclusions

•        Corporate and business account customers.

•        Any person who is not a legal resident of the British Virgin Islands.

•        Any person under the age of eighteen (18).

•        Employees and immediate family members of employees of Digicel and employees of affiliated companies associated with this Promotion.


 3. How can I participate in the Promotion?

You can participate in the Promotion by completing any one of the Qualifying Activities during the Promotional Period through any available Digicel channel, including a Digicel retail store, authorized sales agent, the MyDigicel App, the Digicel website, or another channel communicated by Digicel.

Postpaid and Digicel+ customers must keep their accounts in good standing. Customers with overdue balances, suspended accounts, or accounts otherwise not in good standing will be disqualified from entry.

 

4. How and when will the winner be selected and announced?

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received from the Qualifying Activities. Digicel’s decision is final.

The winner is expected to be announced via Digicel’s official social media channels on the following date:

5. Will I be notified when I win the Promotion?

Yes. The selected winner will be contacted by a Digicel representative using the contact details linked to their Digicel account. Digicel may make reasonable attempts to contact the winner within the timeframe communicated by Digicel.

 

6. What prize can I win?

The winner will receive one (1) 65” Samsung Smart TV. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any alternative prize.

 

7. What do I need to know about collecting my prize if I am the winner?

If you win, a Digicel representative will contact you with instructions on where and how to redeem your prize.

You will be required to provide valid government-issued identification in the form of a Passport, Driver’s License, National Identification Card, or any other identification accepted by Digicel.

The prize must be collected within the timeframe communicated by Digicel. Failure to collect the prize within the communicated timeframe may result in forfeiture.

You may be required to participate in a prize presentation photo, short video, or interview for Digicel’s public relations and marketing purposes.

 

8. Can someone collect the prize for me?

Yes. If you cannot collect your prize, you must provide Digicel with the name and contact number of the person who will collect the prize on your behalf. That person must provide valid identification and may be required to participate in prize presentation photography, video, or other reasonable verification requirements.

 

9. What happens if the prize is not claimed?

If the prize is not claimed within the timeframe communicated by Digicel, Digicel reserves the right to select another qualifying customer in the same manner as the original winner.

 

Additional Terms and Conditions

A. This Promotion is offered for personal use and not for commercial use. You agree not to sell, transfer or otherwise commercially exploit any prize redeemed through this Promotion.

B. Warranty and support information, if applicable, will be included in the product packaging or provided by the manufacturer.

C. For customer support, or to report a problem or send us your feedback, please contact Digicel Customer Care at #100 from a Digicel mobile, +1 284 3001000 from a non-Digicel phone, or via available Digicel customer support channels.

D. You are solely responsible for all associated fees and costs incurred by you for equipment, connectivity and data usage in relation to your participation in the Promotion.

E. You agree that if you are a winner, you will permit photographs, videos and/or recordings of you to be taken and for your image, likeness, name and voice (your “Likeness”) to be used for public relations and marketing purposes free of cost, including the publishing of your Likeness on social media, mainstream media and other platforms that we may choose. If you refuse to do so, you acknowledge that this may result in forfeiture of your right to claim the prize.

F. We reserve the right to award any forfeited or unclaimed prize to the next qualifying customer selected in the same manner as the first winner.

G. We reserve the right to terminate this Promotion if, in our sole opinion, the Promotion is being abused, whether on a commercial basis or otherwise, or if any participant attempts to undermine the integrity of our services or the Promotion.

H. We reserve the right to modify, extend, suspend or discontinue this Promotion, permanently or temporarily, at our discretion.

I. Any personal data relating to you will be used solely for the purposes of this Promotion by Digicel and/or by any agent appointed by us to assist with running the Promotion on our behalf and will not be disclosed to a third party for any other purpose without your prior consent. By entering this Promotion, you consent to the use of your personal data by Digicel and/or any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion for the purposes of administration of the Promotion, including winner selection, notification and publicity, and any other purposes to which you have consented. J. Except in the event of its negligence, neither Digicel, nor any other person or party associated with the Promotion, their associated companies, agents, contractors and sponsors or any of its personnel involved in the Promotion, shall be liable for any loss or damage incurred or suffered, death or personal injury suffered or sustained, or costs incurred, arising from participation in the Promotion or from claiming, collecting or using any prize.

K. We reserve the right to, at any time, with or without notice, vary or cancel the Terms of this Promotion. In the event of us giving notice to you of any such changes to or cancellation of the Promotion, it shall suffice for us to give you notice via messages to your handset/device or to post such notification on the Digicel website, the MyDigicel mobile application or Digicel’s official social media channels. Any such notification shall be effective immediately or as of the date referred to in such notification.

L. The Terms which apply to you are those published or communicated by Digicel at the time of your participation. These Terms will only apply for the Promotional Period.
