Digicel is celebrating the Spring Season in the British Virgin Islands through the “Easter Promotion” (the “Promotion”). The promotion offers new subscribers a chance to Win an iPhone 15 Pro Max throughout the six (6) weeks between March 28^th, 2024 & April 30^th, 2024.

These Frequently Asked Questions (“FAQs”) and Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to you and govern your participation in the Promotion for chances to win the prize. You should read these FAQs and Terms carefully before participating in the Promotion.

“We” or “us” means Digicel BVI Limited, a company registered under the laws of the British Virgin Islands with registered offices at 5^th Floor, Jayla Place Building, Road Town, Tortola. References to “we”, “our” and “us” in these terms also include our subsidiaries and affiliates (“Affiliates”) from time to time.

“I” or “you” means the person participating in the Promotion (and “my” and “your” shall have the same meaning).

By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms incorporate the Digicel Terms of Use and Privacy Policy which you can access via our website.

If you do not agree to or accept any of these Terms, or if you are under the age of sixteen (16), you should stop participating in the Promotion immediately. 

1.    What is the“Easter” promotion?

Enhance your mobile experience with Digicel while celebrating Easter with your loved ones. Even if you are not on the Best BVI's Network, you still can win an iPhone 15 Pro Max from us.

2.    What is the promotional period?

The promotion is valid from Thursday, March 28^th, 2024, 12:00:01 AM to Tuesday, April 30^th, 2024, 11:59:59 PM.

3.    How do I enter?

Digicel is extending an opportunity to all individuals in the British Virgin Islands, regardless of whether they are current Digicel customers or not, to participate in a chance to win.

By taking the following actions:

• Count the Eggs: Guess from the image on this page or visit our store or the locations announced in our Social Media channels, for a better look!
• Fill Out the Form: Submit your details & guess. Everyone can enter to win.
• You're In: If you guess correctly, Digicel will contact you by 30.04.24.
  • If multiple individuals correctly guess the precise quantity of eggs, the draw will be conducted to determine the winner.
  • If no one guesses the number of eggs exactly, we will award the prize to the closest number.

The Following customers are excluded from participating in the Promotion:

• Postpaid Corporate & Business account customers.
• Persons under the age of 18 years; without the authorization of the parent/guardian.
• Digicel Employees and family members, its advertising agency, or service providers related to the promotion may not participate, including spouses or relatives up to the fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity.

4.    How you can participate?

BVI Residents will have until 5 chances to participate in the promo, using the following methods:

• See the picture online and fill the form.
• Visit any of the Pop-Up locations announced on Social Media and fill the form.

5.    How the Promotion will be announced?

Winner will be called on Tuesday 30 April 2024 between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.

6.    What do I need to know about collecting my prize if I am a winner?

• If you win, Digicel will contact you by telephone, where they must identify as the owner of the line and must provide the following information: ID, Full Name, and Email address.
• A maximum of three (3) attempts will be made to call you within one (1) hour.
• During the telephone call, our Digicel representative will advise you where and how to redeem your prize at the Digicel Flagship Store, located in Road Town.
• Customers have three (3) days after being notified of their winning to collect the prize. Unclaimed prize will remain the property of Digicel.
• You will be required to provide a government-issued identification. If you are under the age of eighteen (18) years, you must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who must collect the prize on your behalf and will be required to provide government-issued identification.
• You agree that if you are a winner, you will permit photographs of you to be taken and for your image, likeness, and name (your “Likeness”) to be used for public relations and marketing purposes free of cost, including the publishing of your Likeness on social media, mainstream media, and other platforms that we may choose. If you refuse to do so, you acknowledge that this will result in forfeiture of your right to claim the prize. If you are under the age of eighteen (18) years, your parent or guardian must consent to this on your behalf.

Additional Terms and Conditions 

1. This Promotion is offered for your personal use and not for commercial use and you agree not to sell any prizes redeemed through this Promotion.
2. Upon accepting a prize, you will be responsible for reading and accepting any terms and conditions that may be associated with that prize. 
3. Digicel makes no representations or warranties as to the working condition of any tangible prize. The warranty information provided by the manufacturer of the prize will apply.
4. We reserve the right to disqualify you or terminate this offer if, in our sole opinion, the Promotion is being abused, such abuse to include but not be limited to selling or attempts to sell the prizes, whether on a commercial basis or otherwise, general abuse deemed as an attempt to undermine the integrity of our services.
5. We reserve the right to modify, extend or discontinue (permanently or temporarily), this Promotion being offered to you, at our discretion.
6. You are solely responsible for all associated fees and costs incurred by you for claiming and collection of prizes and for connectivity and data usage in relation to your participation in the Promotion.
7. If a prize is unavailable, we may, at our discretion, substitute the prize with an alternative prize of equal value and/or specification.
8. We reserve the right to award any forfeited prize to another participant in the Promotion.
9. Prizes are not exchangeable and are not redeemable for devices or services.
10. We reserve the right to, at any time, with or without notice, vary or cancel the terms and conditions of this Promotion. In the event of us giving notice to you of any such changes to or cancellation of the Promotion, it shall suffice for us to give you notice via messages to your handset/device or to post such notification on the Digicel website or on our social media pages. Any such notification shall be effective immediately or as of the date referred to in such notifications.
11. Any personal data relating to you will be used solely for the purposes of this Promotion by Digicel and/or by any agent appointed by us to assist with running the Promotion on our behalf and will not be disclosed to a third party for any other purpose without your prior consent. By entering this Promotion, you consent to the use of your personal data by Digicel and/or any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion for the purposes of administration of the Promotion (including publishing your full name and county and/or disclosing it to third parties on request if you are selected) and any other purposes to which you have consented. 12. Except in the event of its negligence, neither Digicel, nor any other person or party associated with the Promotion, their associated companies, agents, contractors and sponsors or any of its personnel involved in the Promotion, shall be liable whatsoever for any loss or damage incurred or suffered, death or personal injury suffered or sustained, or costs incurred, arising from either participation in the Promotion or from claiming or collecting any prize.
