The Digicel Living the Dream Win Your Dream Staycation Promotion (the “Promotion”) Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to you and govern your participation in the Promotion. You should read these Terms carefully before participating in the Promotion.
“We” or “us” means DIGICEL BVI LIMITED (“Digicel”), a company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands having its registered office at 5th Floor Jayla Place Building, Wickhams Cay 1, Road Town, Tortola, BVI.
References to “we”, “our” and “us” in these Terms also include our subsidiaries and affiliates (“Affiliates”) from time to time.
“I” or “You” means the person participating in the Promotion and “your” shall have the same meaning.
By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to or accept any of these Terms, or if you are under the age of eighteen (18), you should not participate in this Promotion.
1. What is the “Living the Dream Win Your Dream Staycation Promotion”?
During the Promotional Period, Digicel will be offering eligible customers a chance to win a Dream Staycation package for two at Peter Island Resort, BVI.
To qualify for entry, customers must complete one of the following activities during the Promotional Period (“Qualifying Activities”):
Paying your postpaid bill on time and in full.
Switching to Digicel.
Activating one of the following Prepaid Prime Ultra Plans:
7 - Days Prepaid Prime Ultra Plan.
10 - Days Prepaid Prime Ultra Plan; or
30 - Days Prepaid Prime Ultra Plan
Activating one of the following Postpaid Supreme Plans:
Supreme Basic Plan
Supreme Plus Plan
Supreme Elite Plan; or
Supreme Share (Any of the Family Plans)
Sign Up & Install one of the following Digicel+ services:
Super Fiber Internet
Home Fiber Bundles
2. Who can participate in the Promotion?
Subject to these Terms, only the following people can participate in the Promotion:
Existing Digicel Prepaid customers.
Existing Digicel Postpaid customers.
Existing Digicel+ customers.
Persons who sign up for a new Digicel Prepaid, Postpaid or Digicel+ service during the Promotional Period.
Digicel customers who are legal residents of the British Virgin Islands and eighteen (18) years of age or older.
Exclusions
Corporate and business account customers.
Any person who is not a legal resident of the British Virgin Islands.
Any person under the age of eighteen (18).
Employees and immediate family members of employees of Digicel and employees of affiliated companies associated with this Promotion.
Customers with overdue balances, suspended accounts, or accounts otherwise not in good standing. Postpaid and Digicel+ customers must keep their accounts in good standing.
3. How can I participate in the Promotion?
You can participate in the Promotion by completing any one of the Qualifying Activities during the Promotional Period through any available Digicel channel, including a Digicel retail store, authorized sales agent, the MyDigicel App, the Digicel website, or another channel communicated by Digicel.
Postpaid and Digicel+ customers must keep their accounts in good standing. Customers with overdue balances, suspended accounts, or accounts otherwise not in good standing will be disqualified from entry.
4. How and when will the winner be selected and announced?
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period. Digicel’s decision is final.
The winner is expected to be announced via Digicel’s social media channels on August 31, 2026.
5. Will I be notified when I win the Promotion?
Yes. The selected winner will be contacted by a Digicel representative using the contact details linked to their Digicel account. Digicel may make reasonable attempts to contact the winner within the timeframe communicated by Digicel.
6. What prize can I win?
The winner will receive one (1) Dream Staycation package for two at Peter Island Resort, with an estimated prize value of US$3,000.
The prize package includes:
Accommodation in a Beachfront Jr. Suite for two.
A meal plan for two, including breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner.
A US$300 gift voucher that may be used toward beverages, spa services and/or boutique purchases, subject to Peter Island Resort’s terms and availability.
The stay must be completed between July 31, 2026 and July 30, 2027, subject to availability and applicable black-out dates. Peter Island Resort will be closed for its annual low season from July 31 to October 22 in 2026 and 2027, and stays cannot be redeemed during any closure period.
The prize is for two adults only. No children are allowed as part of the prize package.
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative. Any costs, charges or expenses not expressly included in the prize package will be the responsibility of the winner.
7. What do I need to know about collecting or redeeming my prize if I am the winner?
If you win, a Digicel representative will contact you with instructions on how to redeem your prize.
You will be required to provide valid government-issued identification in the form of a Passport, Driver’s License, National Identification Card, or any other identification accepted by Digicel.
The staycation booking will be subject to Peter Island Resort’s availability, black-out dates, booking conditions and any other applicable resort terms. Failure to redeem the prize within the communicated timeframe may result in forfeiture.
8. Can someone collect the prize for me?
Yes. If you cannot complete the prize verification process personally, you must provide Digicel with the name and contact number of the person who will act on your behalf. That person must provide valid identification and may be required to participate in prize presentation photography or other reasonable verification requirements. The staycation prize itself remains subject to all eligibility, booking and redemption requirements communicated by Digicel and/or Peter Island Resort.
9. What happens if the prize is not claimed?
If the prize is not claimed within the timeframe communicated by Digicel, Digicel reserves the right to select another qualifying customer in the same manner as the original winner.
Additional Terms and Conditions
A. This Promotion is offered for personal use and not for commercial use. You agree not to sell, transfer or otherwise commercially exploit any prize redeemed through this Promotion.
B. The prize is subject to availability, black-out dates, resort closure periods, Peter Island Resort booking conditions and any other restrictions communicated by Digicel or Peter Island Resort.
C. For customer support, or to report a problem or send us your feedback, please contact Digicel Customer Care at #100 from a Digicel mobile, +1 284 3001000 from a non-Digicel phone, or via available Digicel support channels.
D. You are solely responsible for all associated fees and costs incurred by you for equipment, connectivity and data usage in relation to your participation in the Promotion.
E. You agree that if you are a winner, you will permit photographs and/or videos of you to be taken and for your image, likeness and name (your “Likeness”) to be used for public relations and marketing purposes free of cost, including the publishing of your Likeness on social media, mainstream media and other platforms selected by Digicel. If you refuse to do so, you acknowledge that this may result in forfeiture of your right to claim the prize.
F. We reserve the right to award any forfeited or unclaimed prize to the next qualifying customer selected in the same manner as the first winner.
G. We reserve the right to terminate this offer if, in our sole opinion, the Promotion is being abused, whether on a commercial basis or otherwise, or where any activity is deemed to undermine the integrity of our services or the Promotion.
H. We reserve the right to modify, extend, suspend or discontinue, permanently or temporarily, this Promotion at our discretion.
I. Any personal data relating to you will be used solely for the purposes of this Promotion by Digicel and/or by any agent appointed by us to assist with running the Promotion on our behalf and will not be disclosed to a third party for any other purpose without your prior consent, except as required by law or as otherwise permitted under our Privacy Policy.
J. Except in the event of its negligence, neither Digicel nor any other person or party associated with the Promotion, including associated companies, agents, contractors, sponsors or personnel involved in the Promotion, shall be liable for any loss, damage, death, personal injury or costs incurred arising from participation in the Promotion or from claiming, collecting or using any prize.
K. We reserve the right, at any time, with or without notice, to vary or cancel the terms and conditions of this Promotion. Any notice of changes may be provided through messages to your handset/device, the Digicel website, the MyDigicel mobile application, Digicel social media channels, or any other method selected by Digicel. Any such notification shall be effective immediately or as of the date referred to in such notification.
L. These Terms will only apply for the Promotional Period. The terms and conditions that apply to you are those published or communicated by Digicel at the time your qualifying activity is completed.
