Quick Pick Prepaid Bundles

1.       What are the Quick Pick prepaid bundles?

·         The Quick Pick Prepaid bundles allow you to have talk and data in one bundle

·         These bundles are available to both  2G and 4G compatible devices and can be activated via the MyDigicel App or code *140#SEND.

·         N.B. The full price of the 7 day and 30 day plans must be paid upfront and cannot be paid for at the daily rate.

 

2.       What do the Quick Pick bundles entail?

·         The Quick Pick bundles contain Data, Unlimited Digicel to Digicel calls, minutes to call other local networks

3.       Can I buy a Quick Pick bundle on my blackberry?

Yes. Quick Pick bundles are available for blackberry handsets. ONLY Blackberry OS 10 and up.

 

4.       Does my data rollover with my QUICK PICK bundle?

Yes. Unused data bundles rollover once you allow the plans to auto renew or if you activate the same or another bundle before expiry.

·         If you allow your Quick Pick bundle to expire, you have until Midnight to activate the same or another Quick Pick bundle. Once activated within that time, all unused minutes and data up to 15GBs from your last plan will be rolled over.

·         You can therefore benefit from unlimited rollover once you keep a bundle active.

·         You are allowed until midnight to activate another bundle and after this period any unused bundles will be lost.

 

5.       If my data finishes before my Quick Pick bundle expires/auto renews can I activate another plan?

Yes you can. The Quick Pick bundles allow you to early renew you plan using the MyDigicel app or dialing *140#

 

6.       Can I activate more than one Quick Pick bundle simultaneously?

Yes you can have more than one Quick Pick bundle active at the same time.

·         E.g. You activate a Quick Pick 30 day and on day 30 purchase a Quick Pick 5 day. 

NB: If you have megabytes remaining from the Quick Pick 30 day bundle  by the time the plan expires, the megabytes will then be rolled over to be used with the new 7 Day bundle.

 

7.       How can I check my bundle minutes and data? 

You can check your bundle minutes and data by using the MyDigicel app or by dialing *140#SEND and selecting the My Balances option.

 

8.       Do the Quick Pick bundles auto renew?

All bundles will auto renew by default. You will receive an auto renewal SMS 48 hours and 24 hours before your bundle is set to auto renew.

The 1 day bundle purchased DOES auto-renew by default. Before the bundle is set to expire you will receive a SMS to opt out of auto renew. If you do not opt out of auto renew, the bundle will auto renew.

All auto-renewal/expiry notification messages give you the code to change the auto-renewal setting.

 

9.       Will my plan auto renew if I top up on the day of expiry?

Yes it will. Plans set for auto-renew will renew on the day it is set to expire, provided you top up with the required credit to pay for the plan, prior to the bundle expiring.

 

10.   What happens if I do not have sufficient credit to auto renew the bundle?

If you do not have sufficient credit at the time the bundle is set to expire/auto renew, the bundle will still expire.

Please note you will be required to activate the bundle on your own via MyDigicel app or by dialing *140#SEND as the plan will NOT auto renew.

 

11.   What happens if I do not cancel the auto renewal of my initial Quick Pick bundle and choose to activate another Quick Pick bundle?

If you do not cancel the auto-renewal on your initial plan and purchase another plan, the new plan will be active and the initial plan will not auto-renew.

 

12.   What happens when my data in the Quick Pick bundle is finished and I attempt to access data after?

Once you have exhausted your bundle data in a plan and attempt to access data after this, you will be charged at the local Overage rate or you will have to buy another Quick Pick plan.

 

13.   Can I use bonus credit or Credit advance to sign up for any of the Quick Pick bundles?

No Credit Advance cannot be used to sign up for any of the Quick Pick bundles.

The promotion under which bonus credit is given will specify whether or not it can be used to purchase bundles.

 

14. What are the International plans?

The international plans are plans that can be purchased seperately which contains minutes to be used to make international calls. 

 

About the International Plans:

Three (3) new international calling plan

Ø  Plans are only available in the My Digicel App

Ø   Plan is valid for 30 Days

Ø  No Auto-renew

Ø  No limit on plan repurchase
