The Digicel Junior Plan (the “Promotion”) terms and conditions (the “Terms”) apply to you and govern your participation in the Promotion during the period of November 17^th 2023 – January 5^th 2024 (the “Promotional Period”). You should read these Terms carefully before participating.

“We” or “us” means Digicel St. Vincent, a company registered under the laws of St. Vincent and the Grenadines with a head office at Fountain. References to “we”, “our”, “us” and “Digicel” in these Terms also include our subsidiaries and affiliates (“Affiliates/Digicel Markets”) from time to time.

“I” or “you” means the person participating in the Promotion, and the parent or legal guardian of the child who will benefit from your participation in the Promotion (and “my” and “your” shall have the same meaning).

By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms incorporate our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy which you can access via our website.

If you do not agree to or accept any of these Terms, or if you are under the age of eighteen (18) you should not participate in the Promotion.

1. What is the Digicel “Junior Plan” Promotion?

The Digicel Junior Plan Promotion is a limited promotional offering of a Coolpad handset for $89 when you purchase a 30 Day Junior Plan for $40 to a child under the age of (13) thirteen as a prepaid customer who participates in the Promotion and receive applicable benefits accordingly (collectively called the “Offers”).

2. What are the available offers?

The Junior Plan Includes an LTE Coolpad Smartphone for $89 and a 30 Day Junior Plan for $40. Bundles are for children under the age of (13) thirteen.

3. What are the Rewards?

By participating in this Promotion, you can receive these rewards:

• Grand Prize – School fees paid for a year (Youth segment only)

4. When does the Promotion start and end?

The Promotion is valid from November 17^th 2023 to January 5^th 2024. (the “Promotional Period”).

5. Who can participate in the Promotion?

• Parents/Legal Guardians who are Digicel or non-Digicel subscribers; and
• The respective Child who is under the age of (13) thirteen;

6. How do I participate in the Promotion?

Follow these steps to participate in the Promotion:

Step 1: Visit a Digicel store;

Step 2: Purchase a 30 Day Junior Plan

Step 3: Purchase the discounted LTE Smartphone for your child/young.

7. How many children can a parent/legal guardian register for the Junior Bundle offer?

No limit.

8. Will I be able to check the Data and Minutes balance?

Yes, you can check balances via the MyDigicel App or UMM service menu.

9. Do I need to provide proof of a relationship between myself and my child?

Yes. You will also be required to fill out the consent form, which you will verify by signature of the form.

Additional Terms and Conditions

1. This Promotion is offered for your personal use and not for commercial use.

2. You are required to use a compatible smartphone to run the App and participate in the Promotion. A compatible smartphone is an Android (OS 4.0 or higher) or Apple (iOS 2.0 or higher) smartphone.

3. We reserve the right to disqualify you or terminate this offer if, in our sole opinion, the Promotion is being abused.

4. We reserve the right to modify, extend or discontinue (permanently or temporarily), this Promotion being offered to you, at our discretion.

5. You are solely responsible for all associated fees and costs incurred by you for connectivity and data usage in relation to your participation in the Promotion, including but not limited to withholding tax or any other applicable tax.

6. You may not participate in this Promotion while roaming.

7. We reserve the right to, at any time, with or without notice, vary or cancel the terms and conditions of this Promotion. In the event of us giving notice to you of any such changes to or cancellation of the Promotion, it shall suffice for us to give you notice via messages to your handset/device or to post such notification on the Digicel website or the MyDigicel mobile application. Any such notification shall be effective immediately or as of the date referred to in such notification.

8. You acknowledge and agree that we may collect, store, share, and otherwise process any personally identifiable information that you provide about yourself (and any minor for which you have guardianship) during the Promotion and the mobile services application and registration process, including, but not limited to, names, ages, mailing addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses. We will use this information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, including for managing and administering the Promotion, verifying your age, identity, and postal address, or registering you for a product or service.  By entering this Promotion, you consent to the use of your personal data by Digicel and/or any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion for the purposes of administration of the Promotion (including publishing your full name and country and/or disclosing it to third parties on request if you are the Selected Customer) and any other purposes to, which you have consented.

9. You agree to take part in any promotional, marketing or publicity activities or events reasonably requested by Digicel.  By participating in the Promotion, you consent to the use of your name, likeness, image, photograph for any and all programming and/or publicity or advertising purposes, commercial or otherwise, in all media and formats used by Digicel’s or its agencies, without further compensation, throughout the world in perpetuity. If you refuse to do so, you forfeit your right to claim the prize if you are selected as the winner.
