Digicel's Call Me service lets you send a text message to another Digicel user with the message to call you when your balance is low.

To use the "Call Me" service, simply dial *126*(Digicel number) #SEND (E.g., to send a “Call Me” request to 1784-1234567, dial *126*17841234567#SEND).            

Need to request Digicel credit from family or friends? If your prepaid balance is less than $3, you can use Credit Me to request credit from friends or family anywhere in the world with just one quick text message

To send a Credit Me request to your friends in St. Vincent and the Grenadines:

1. Dial *127*1784, the receiver's number, *, the amount you want to get, #, and press send (E.g., to ask for $150 from 1234567 dial *127*17841234567*150#) 

2. The receiver will get a text message from your number asking them to send you Digicel credit

To send a Credit Me request to your friends abroad:

1. Dial *127*,the receiver's number, *0# and press send (E.g., to ask 17581234567 to send you Digicel credit, dial *127*17581234567*0#)

2. The receiver will get a text message from your number asking them to send you Digicel credit


Only Digicel prepaid customers can request credit via the Credit Me service. In order to request credit, your account balance must be less than $3.


Want to send credit to family and friends? Credit U lets you easily transfer credit to any prepaid or postpaid Digicel user around the world with just a quick text message.

You may transfer any amount between $3 and $150 daily. Each Credit U transfer is charged $0.50 per transaction.

Here’s how you can transfer in seconds with Credit U:

  1. Dial *128*1784, the receiver's number, *, the amount you want to send, # and press send (E.g., to send $150 to 1234567: *128*17841234567*150#)

  2. Wait for the confirmation message

  3. The dial *128*1# and press send to confirm or to cancel, dial *128*2#

  4. Both sending and receiving users, will receive a confirmation message

Here’s how you can check your account balance:

  1. Dial *140#

  2. Then press "SEND"

  3. Check your phone screen for the current balance

Note: Both Digicel prepaid and postpaid customers can send credit with Credit U, but only Digicel prepaid customers can receive credit this way.

Digicel Live is your mobile source for news, sports and the latest games directly from your Digicel phone. Choose from a variety of content in Digicel Live, including:

  • Digicel Place: a community where you can upload and share pictures, short video clips, and comments with other people.
  • Ringtones: purchase polyphonic and real tones from international and local artiste. 
  • Games: play games online or download Java games to play offline.
  • Mobile TV: download applications to watch TV. (Access to Mobile TV requires a multimedia mobile phone that is compatible with the service.)
  • Digicel Chat: communicate with other Digicel users via text chat. You can access both local chat and international chat.
  • News: read local news and international news
  • Sports: access information on local and international sports
  • Info services: popularly known as DigiInfo (4636), send a keyword to the short code and get up-to-date information. (e.g., Storm, Cinema, Jokes, Horoscopes, etc.)
  • Cool links: navigate to other links that are offered by the Digicel live portal (e.g., Google to conduct searches etc.)
  • Java Games: enjoy your downtime with Digicel’s Java Games! Download any of our four fun and interactive games and conveniently play them offline!

DigiInfo is your wireless way to stay informed!

On the road and want to know the latest football or cricket results? En route to the airport road and want to check flight arrival and departure times? With DigiInfo you’ll be able to request match scores, flight departures, movie listings, international stock market results, local and international news headlines, top 10 music videos and local and international weather.

How does it work? It’s simple, just send a Digicel text:

  • From your phone menu select "Messages"
  • Select "Edit" or “Write Message”
  • Type in the key word for the information you want
  • Send your message to INFO (4636)
  • You’ll receive a DigiText with your reply within a minute


The content of some information you request may require the service to send you more than one DigiText to display the answer to your question. Regardless of the length of the answer you receive, you’ll always be charged just $0.50 per request

Digicel’s voicemail service is easy to use, fast to access and checking messages is free from your Digicel mobile phone. Your 24-hour answering service will automatically take a message for you when your phone is in use, switched off, or when you simply can’t answer.

To access voicemail, dial 123 and follow the prompts.

The first time you access your voicemail you will be asked to personalise it with your name and password. You can let your friends know they’ve reached the right person by personalising your voicemail with your name.
