Easy Roaming Plan

TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO THE EASY ROAMING PLAN

1.     Once your data has been exhausted you will not be able to continue data roaming.

2.     Any unused data will be removed from your account once your Easy Roaming plan expires.

3.     These plans are not compatible with Roam Like your Home or any other roaming plan.

4.     As a Digicel customer, you will not be able to transit from Easy Roaming plans to RLYH.

5.     Digicel’s Easy Roaming plan cannot be cancelled after activation.

6.     Once activated, the Easy Roaming plan will only expire at the end of the subscription period i.e. 1 day, 7 days and 30 days, after purchase.

7.     Rollover roaming data (from early renewal) is capped at 50GB.

8.     Accessing My Digicel while roaming without the Easy Roaming plan will incur data charges until further notice.

9.     The Easy Roaming plans can only be used once you’re roaming in any of the below listed countries. Other countries will be added in phases:

Barbados

Bermuda

Canada

Bonaire

Cayman

Curacao

Dominica

El Salvador

French Guiana

Grenada

Guadeloupe

Haiti

Ireland

Martinique

Montserrat

Panama

St. Kitts and Nevis

St. Lucia

Jamaica

Trinidad and Tobago

UK

Turks and Caicos

Suriname

The British Virgin Islands

USA


10.   If there is insufficient credit on your account while the Easy Roaming plan is active, you will not be able to make calls or send text messages.

11.   You are required to connect to a network that allows the use of short codes while roaming, otherwise, the Easy Roaming plan can only be activated via the My Digicel app.

12.   Once you are in St. Vincent and the Grenadines you will be charged at your respective rate plans and benefit from local promotions and products until you start roaming.

13.   Bonus credit and other local promotions will not be applicable for use while roaming.

14.   You will only browse at 3G or 4G speeds if you are connected to a 3G or 4G network while roaming.

15.   While roaming and on any of our Easy Roaming plans, your local data plan is not valid.

16.   Contacting Customer Care while roaming with an active plan will be charged same rate as if calling a Digicel number.

17.   Contacting voicemail while roaming will be charged at the same rate as if calling a Digicel number.

18.   The exchange rate is subject to change each month based on the foreign exchange market.

19.   Prepaid Roaming plans are configured with a 300 minutes Fair User Policy (FUP).

20.   If you exceed 300 minutes for calls back to St. Vincent and the Grenadines or Digicel territories while having an active plan you will be charged the Standard Roaming Rate of $1.00 (ROW), $4.00 (VED) or $9.00 (VED –SAT) depending on your location.
