1. What is the Unlimited Talk and Text Plan about?

The Unlimited Talk & Text plan provides Prepaid Subscribers with unlimited local Digi to Digi calls and local Digi to Digi SMS with a bonus allotment of data and has a validity of 48hrs. Prepaid subscribers can keep in touch with friends & family via these 3 forms of communication: Talk minutes, SMS and Data (locally).

2. How do Prepaid subscribers activate the Unlimited Talk and Text Plan?

Prepaid subscribes simply dial *140# and select the Unlimited Talk & Text option to activate the plan.

3. Is the service available to both pre-paid and post-paid subscribers?

No, the Unlimited Talk and Text plan is ONLY available to Prepaid subscribers.

4. How does the Unlimited Talk & Text plan work?

Once the subscriber purchases the plan through *140# (UMM)

• The subscribers account is deducted for the plan chosen.

• Confirmation message is received to indicate plan is activated.

Subscribers will avail unlimited access to local Digi to Digi calls and SMS and 60MB of data accompanied with Free Whatsapp, Facebook, Instagram & Twitter.

5. What is the validity of the Unlimited Talk & Text Plan?

The Unlimited Talk & Text plan is valid for 2 days or 48hrs

6. What is the Unlimited Talk & Text Plan?

The Unlimited Talk & Text Plan allow subscribers to avail of ‘all services for one low rate’ which provides the notion of an ‘all-in-one bundle’ concept.

The plan includes:

o Voice

o SMS

o Data

Unlimited Talk & Text Plan

7. Can I check the minutes, SMS and MBs while on the Unlimited Talk & Text Plan?

Subscribes are able to obtain their current data balance by dialing *140# and select option Manage your Unlimited Talk & Text plan and select the option View your current Unlimited Talk and Text Balance.

 

 

 

 

 

 

8. What happens when I use all my data allotment in the Unlimited Talk & Text?

Once your data allotment is all used up the subscriber will start to pay overage charges at $0.20c per MB. Subscribers are able to purchase an additional bundle for the same cost of EC$5 and the expiry time is extended for an additional 48hrs.

However, the bonus is that subscriber will have FREE access to Whatsapp, Facebook, Instagram & Twitter until the plan expires.

9. Can I activate a regular Data Plan while I have the Unlimited Talk & Text Plan active?

No. Subscribers will receive an SMS to indicate they have an active plan.

10. Can I use the Unlimited Talk & Text on a Blackberry Device?

Yes, however those subscribers will not be able to avail of the free Whatsapp, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.  Paygo rate of EC$1.00 will apply if data is used.
