1.     What is this product?

 

  •  If you are a prepaid customer, you can now Text CREDIT to 214 to request a $10 or $20 credit advance at any time on your prepaid handset.
  • If you are a prepaid customer, you can dial *214# to request a $50 credit advance at any time on your prepaid handset.
  • If you are a Flexi Pay Customer, you can now Text YES to 215 to request a $20 credit advance at any time on your prepaid handset.
  • You can request this credit advance if you are unable to perform a top up or if you need extra credit to activate any of Digicel’s plans offered.

 

2.    I am a prepaid customer, how do I qualify for the $50.00 Quick Credit Advance?

  • You can request $50 quick credit at any time regardless of the amount of credit you have on your account once you meet the following criteria:-
  • ü  You must have at least TT150  main account usage (i.e. credit from topping up goes into your main account) in the last four weeks
  • ü  You must be on the network for a minimum of sixty (60) days.

 

3.    I am a prepaid customer, how do I qualify for the $20.00 Quick Credit Advance?

  • You can request $20 quick credit at any time regardless of the amount of credit you have on your account once you meet the following criteria:-
  • You must have main account usage (i.e. credit from topping up goes into your main account) on average of $25 in the past 4 weeks
  • You must be on the network for a minimum of sixty (60) days.

 

4.    I am a prepaid customer, how do I qualify for the $10.00 Quick Credit Advance?

  • You can request quick credit at any time regardless of the amount of credit you have on your account.
  • You must have topped up during the last 4 weeks immediately preceding the request.

 

5.    I am Flexi Pay customer, how do I qualify for this product?

  • You automatically qualify for the $20 Quick Credit Advance

 

6.    How can I access this Quick Credit Advance?

  • If you are a prepaid customer you can Text CREDIT to 214 from your handset to request $10 or $20 Quick Credit
  • If you are a prepaid customer you can dial *214# SEND from your handset to request $50 Quick Credit.
  • If you are a Flexi Pay Customer can you text YES to 215 from your handset.
  • The Quick Credit Advance will be added to your account.

 

 

7.    Does this Quick Credit Advance have a service charge?

  • Yes, the Quick Credit Advance has a service charge:-
  • For TT$50.00 Quick Credit a service charge of TT$5.00 will be deducted from your account at your next top up together with the amount of quick credit you have used.
  • For TT$20.00 Quick Credit a service charge of TT$2.00 will be deducted from your account at your next top up together with the amount of quick credit you have used.
  • For TT$10.00 Quick Credit a service charge of TT$1.00 will be deducted from your account at your next top up together with the amount of quick credit you have used.

 

 

8.    How do I repay my Quick Credit Advance?

  • You will only be required to pay what you have used from the quick credit.
  • For example if you take a loan for the TT$20.00, and you only use TT$3.00, upon the next top up only TT$5.00 will be deducted from your top up and the balance of the quick credit will expire.

 

9.    9. How many times per month can I request this Quick Credit Advance?

  • There is no limit to the amount of times that you can request quick credit, however you must repay the last quick credit received by topping up your account before a next quick credit request can be initiated.

 

10. When will quick credit received expire?

  • Quick credit received will expire in 120 days or at your next top up.

 

11. What services can I use the Quick Credit Advance for?

  • You can use Quick Credit Advance for calls, SMS messages, or to purchase any of Digicel plans offered.

 

12. What is the minimum amount of credit that I must have on my account to request quick credit?

  • There is no minimum amount. You can have any amount of credit on your account when requesting quick credit.

 

 

13.      CONDITIONS OF USE: 

  • Subject to the above, standard Prepaid terms and conditions apply.
  • The Quick Credit Advance plan is offered for the personal use of individuals and not commercial use or usage by groups of individuals. Any usage at all by an individual that in Digicel’s sole discretion is intended for financial gain or profit by you or by groups of individuals will result in the immediate termination of the particular offer.
  • To the extent permitted by law, Digicel reserves the right to amend, terminate or unilaterally change any of the above terms and conditions subject to notifying customers of such amendments or termination. Such notification may be by way of text message, advertisement in the national media and/or our website. If the Service under the usual terms and conditions is used after notice of the amendment, then the amendment shall be deemed accepted
