The following are the terms and conditions governing this Promotion:
1. What is the Get More, Share More with Digicel this Christmas Promotion about?
- Digicel is offering its mobile customers (both Prepaid and Postpaid) as well as its Home & Entertainment customers a chance to win weekly prizes as well as a chance to win the grand prize of One Hundred and Twenty-Five Thousand Trinidad and Tobago Dollars (TT$125,000.00) (“Grand Prize”), subject to these terms and conditions, during the period from 12:00 a.m. on Thursday, 21st November, 2019 to 11:59 p.m. on Sunday 22nd December, 2019 (“Promotional Period”).
2. What is the Grand Prize to be won, what is the draw date for the Grand Prize and what are the entry dates for this Promotion?

3. What are the weekly prizes?
The following are the weekly prizes:
- 2 Smart televisions (one winner for each)

4. How many winners will there be for each weekly draw?
- There will be sixteen (16) winners for each weekly draw.
5. What are the draw dates for each weekly draw?
The draw dates for each weekly draw are as follows:
- 1st draw date: 27th November, 2019
- 2nd draw date: 4th December, 2019
- 3rd draw date: 11th December, 2019
- 4th draw date: 18th December, 2019
6. What are the entry dates for each weekly draw?
The entry dates for each weekly draw are as follows:
- 1st draw date – entry dates: 21st November, 2019 to 26th November, 2019
- 2nd draw date – entry dates: 21st November, 2019 to 3rd December, 2019
- 3rd draw date – entry dates: 21st November, 2019 to 10th December, 2019

NB: Once you have not won a weekly prize, your entries will be included in all other subsequent weekly draws.
7. Can a weekly winner choose which of the sixteen (16) prizes they will receive?
- No. The weekly prize to a particular weekly winner will be randomly chosen.
8. Will I be able to win a weekly prize for each of the weekly draw dates?
- No. If you win a weekly prize, you will not be eligible to win another weekly prize during the Promotional Period, however, you will still qualify for a chance to win the Grand Prize.
9. Are there any specific conditions attached to receiving the 1 year of free Home & Entertainment service?
- Yes. You must be an existing Home & Entertainment customer and you will only be entitled to a waiver of the charges with respect to the base subscription fee for the type of service that you already have in place
- The free 1 year service will begin from the next billing period immediately following the relevant draw date
10. Are there any specific conditions attached to receiving the 6month free subscription of Premium television Sports package?
- Yes. You must be an existing Home & Entertainment customer.
11. How many channels are in the Premium television Sports package and what are the channels?

12. How can I enter this Promotion?
The following are the methods by which you can enter this Promotion during the Promotional Period:
- As a Digicel mobile Prepaid customer, for every $10 (non-cumulative) of top up that you purchase, you will receive one (1) entry to this Promotion.
For example, if you top up with $20, you will get two (2) entries to this Promotion
- If you sign up as a Digicel mobile Postpaid customer, you will receive one (1) entry to this Promotion
- As a Digicel mobile Postpaid customer, if you pay your bill on time and in full, you will receive one (1) entry to this Promotion
- As a Digicel Home & Entertainment customer, if you pay your bill on time and in full, you will receive one (1) entry to this Promotion
- You can purchase entries to this Promotion by:
- Dialling *323# from your Digicel mobile handset
- Using the My Digicel App
- Calling 777 from your Digicel phone
For each entry purchased, there is a charge of $5 VAT exclusive. This cost to enter is non-refundable and is final
All entries during the Promotional Period will be valid for the Grand Prize draw.
13. Are there any other methods of entry?
- Yes. Digicel mobile customers who participate in Digicel’s Shake to Win Promotion can win entries to this Promotion and will be eligible to win the weekly prizes as well as the Grand Prize.
14. Can I check the number of entries I have in this Promotion and if so, how can I do this?
- Yes. You can check the number of entries that you have received so far by clicking on the following website link and entering your mobile phone number on which you received your entry notification:
15. How will winners be notified?
- After a winner is randomly chosen for each of the weekly prizes or the Grand Prize, Digicel will place a call to that customer’s number. Digicel will make only one (1) attempt to call the selected number. If no one answers that call, then another winner will be randomly selected.
- A winner shall be deemed the person identified (by the person answering the call) as the owner of the Digicel account (“the winner”). If, in Digicel’s sole opinion, the information given when Digicel placed the call to identify the winner is untrue, then Digicel reserves the right to have the prize returned to it by the purported owner and then to give the award to the rightful owner of the account associated with the winning entry selected.
- The winner will also be announced on Digicel’s Facebook and Instagram page.
16. How will I be charged for entries that I purchase?
- Digicel mobile Postpaid customers and Digicel Home & Entertainment customers will be charged on their next bill for all entries purchased. The charges for the entries purchased for this Promotion will be shown under the “Other Charges” section of that bill.
- For Digicel Prepaid customers who purchase entries, the cost of each entry will be deducted from the credit on their account at point of purchase
17. Can Digicel Prepaid customers use bonus credit to purchase an entry to this Promotion?
- No. Bonus credit given out for the First Top Up of the Month promotion, the First Top Up of the Day promotion or any other promotion where free credit is given cannot be used to enter this Promotion.
18. How many times can I enter for a weekly draw?
- There is no limit to the number of times you can enter for a weekly draw.
- Once you have not won a weekly prize, your entries will be included in all other subsequent weekly draws.
19. How many times can I enter during the Promotional Period for the Grand Prize?
- There is no limit to the number of times you can enter during the Promotional Period for the Grand Prize.
20. Where can a winner collect his/her prize?
- A winner can collect his/her prize at Digicel’s head office located at 11C Maraval Road, Port-of-Spain.
21. Conditions of Use
- This Promotion is open to Digicel Home & Entertainment customers and all Digicel mobile postpaid and prepaid customers except when roaming and except Corporate customers (and those who are not eligible as they fall into one of the categories identified in the terms below.)

- You must be a legal resident of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago
- You must be 18 years of age or older
- If you are a Digicel postpaid mobile subscriber, your account must be in good standing or if you are a Digicel Home & Entertainment customer, your account must be in good standing
The following terms apply to both All Digicel Customers
- Digicel will not notify participants of the number of entries obtained for this Promotion.
- Persons in any of the following categories are NOT eligible to participate or win any of the prizes:
- Any person who at any time on or after 21st November, 2019 was or is a director, officer, employee, agent of Digicel (Trinidad & Tobago) Limited or any of their respective parent, subsidiary, or other affiliated companies, franchisees or service agencies or independent contractors
- Individuals engaged in the development, production, advertising or distribution of materials for this Promotion (collectively the ”Promotional Entities”); and
- Persons who are or purport to be immediate family members (defined as biological parent, step-mother, step-father, sister, brother, daughter, son or dependent or spouse of any of the foregoing) of any person in any of the preceding categories, regardless of where they live, or who reside in the same household as any person in any of the preceding categories (i.e., who have lived in the same household for at least three (3) of the twelve (12) months preceding 21st November, 2019 whether those persons are related or not).
Conditions of Entry
- Participants acknowledge that compliance with these terms and conditions including all eligibility requirements is a necessary pre-condition to any of the prizes being awarded to them. For removal of all doubt, participants who have not complied with these terms and conditions are subject to disqualification.
- The winner may be required to provide Digicel with proof that he/she is the authorized account holder/owner of the Digicel account associated with the selected winning entry before the prize is given to him/her.
- Winners shall be fully responsible for the payment of all taxes, duties or statutory deductions in relation to the prizes awarded for this Promotion.
- Digicel reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, modify or suspend this Promotion at any time, if fraud, technical failures, including any network server or hardware failure, viruses, bugs, errors in programming, or any other errors or other causes beyond the control of Digicel corrupt the administration, security, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion.
- Digicel does not warrant that access to or use of the Digicel service will be uninterrupted or free of any of the events stated below, due to the nature of computer and wireless communications. Digicel and the Promotional Entities are not responsible for any problems that may arise, including but not limited to:
- lost, interrupted, inaccessible or unavailable networks or other connection, availability or accessibility problems arising in connection with or over the course of this Promotion;
- communications failed, jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected computer, telephone or cable transmissions or hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties;
- failure of personal computers and/or software and hardware configurations, any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other error in the offering or announcement of the prizes or in the prize notification documents;
- for any errors of any kind in connection with this Promotion, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature; or
- the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information, or the failure to capture any information in connection with the Promotion.
- Any attempt by an entrant or other individual to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion, including but not limited to any fraudulent claims, may be a violation of criminal and/or civil laws in the countries where this Promotion is being run. Should such an attempt be made, Digicel reserves the right to seek remedies and damages from any such individual, to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.
- In no event will Digicel be liable for more than the relevant prize available under these terms and conditions.
- Prizes may not be transferred or exchanged for another product or for cash.
- In the event of any conflict with any promotional details contained in these terms and conditions and promotional details contained in point of sale, television and print, advertising, promotional packaging and other promotional media, (“Promotional Materials”), the details of this Promotion set forth in these terms and conditions shall prevail.
- The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these terms and conditions shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Digicel employees are not authorized to waive, modify or amend any provision or provisions of these terms and conditions in any manner whatsoever.
- All entrants agree to take part in any promotional, marketing or publicity activities or events reasonably requested by Digicel. By participating in the Promotion, entrants consent to the use of their name, likeness, image, photograph for any and all programming and/or publicity or advertising purposes, commercial or otherwise, in all media and formats used by Digicel, its agencies or its affiliates, without further compensation, throughout the entire world in perpetuity. If a winner refuses to do so, they forfeit their right to claim the prize.
- Digicel reserves the right to award any forfeited prizes to another participant in the Promotion.
- Warranty and support information relating to prizes will be included in product packaging.
- Save in the event of its negligence, neither Digicel, nor any other person or party associated with the Promotion, their associated companies, agents, contractors and sponsors or any of its personnel involved in the Promotion, shall be liable whatsoever for any loss or damage incurred or suffered, death or personal injury suffered or sustained, or costs incurred, arising from either participation in the Promotion or from claiming any prize.
