1.       What is this promotion about?

 

·         This promotion is for new prepaid customers and is available until 30th June, 2018. The offer is applicable to customers who sign up for a new prepaid account with Digicel or port in to Digicel as a prepaid customer from 6th June, 2018 to 20th June, 2018.

2.       What is the cost of a new SIM card?

 

·         The cost of a new SIM card is ONLY $49 (VAT INC), however, if you are a mobile customer who is porting in to Digicel from another service provider, you get the SIM card for Free.

 

3.       If I am a new SIM card purchaser, how do I access the $20 Credit?

 

·         The $20 credit will automatically be added to your account.  

 

4.        What are the bundles applicable to the 25% discount?

5.       How can I activate one of these new bundles?

 

·         You can activate a new Pick Unlimited Bundle by dialing *323# or via the My Digicel App.

 

6.       What can I do with the $20 Credit?

 

·         You can use the credit for making local calls (Digicel, Bmobile and Fixed Landlines), sending local SMS, making calls to Digicel Caribbean (including Guyana and Jamaica) numbers, US, Canada and only UK landlines and to purchase Quick Pick bundles.

 

7.       When will the $20 credit expire?

 

·         This bonus credit expires in 30 days.

 

8.       If I fail to purchase a Pick Unlimited Bundle, does the discount offer expire?

Yes, if you fail to purchase a Pick Unlimited bundle within 3 months of activation, the Pick Unlimited Bundles will revert to the full price.

 

9.       Additional Terms and Conditions

 

  • The New Prepaid Customer Offer is offered for the personal use of individuals and not commercial use or usage by groups of individuals. Any usage at all by an individual that in Digicel’s sole discretion is intended for financial gain or profit by you or by groups of individuals will result in the immediate termination of the particular promotion.

 

  • Digicel reserves the right to terminate the New Prepaid Customer Offer forthwith if in its sole opinion the promotion is being abused.

 

  • Digicel reserves the right to modify or discontinue (permanently or temporarily) the promotion being offered to its customer at its discretion.

 

  • Digicel reserves the right to at any time, with or without the notice, to vary or cancel the terms and conditions of its New Prepaid Customer Offer. In the event of Digicel giving notice to customers of any such changes to or cancellation of the promotion, it shall suffice for Digicel to give customers notice via messages to customer’s handset/device or to post such notification on Digicel’s website. Any such notification shall be effective immediately or as of the date referred to in such notification.

 

  • Customers should be solely responsible for keeping their mobile handset properly secured and for all activations and other activities that occur on or through their mobile handsets. Any request made via the use of the USSD code from a mobile handset shall be deemed a legitimate request from the customer to whom the said mobile handset is registered. Digicel shall not be responsible for any losses arising out of the unauthorized use of a customer’s handset.

 

  • Subject to the above, the standard Prepaid Terms and Condition, 4G Terms and Conditions and Digicel’s Fair Usage Policy shall apply.
