1. What is the FREE Data nights plan offer?
- The FREE Data nights offers customers Unlimited LTE data from 10pm-5am daily.
- Example: Frank opted into FREE Data Nights on 19th March 2020 at 10:00am, he will experience FREE Data nights from 10pm – 5 am from 19th March 2020 daily UNTIL April 30th 2020.
2. Can customers activate via My Digicel App?
- No the offer is only accessible via *323#. Customers must opt in using the UMM only.
3. Can customer opt in more than once for the FREE Data Nights?
- No, once the customer opts into the FREE Data Nights, the plan remains on the account until April 30th 2020.
4. Can a customer activate FREE LTE nights simultaneously with the FREE 1GB data?
- Yes, customers can opt into FREE LTE Data nights and avail of FREE LTE data from 10pm-5am.
- Customers will utilize their FREE 1GB data when the period for the LTE nights are not in operation i.e from 5:00:01am – 9:59:59pm daily.
Note – this is only applicable during the 7 days their 1GB FREE Data is active.
5. How can a customer enjoy LTE data between the period 5am- 9:59:59pm?
- Customers can opt into the reduced PAYO rate of $0.19 OR purchase a plan
6. Can customers who purchase an UNLIMITED DATA plan opt in to FREE Data Nights?
- Yes, however, since customers have no cap on their Unlimited Data plans, the FREE LTE Data nights will be redundant.
7. Must customers mobile data be switched on to access this offer
- Yes, in order to access UL LTE Nights, mobile data must be switched on the customer’s device.
8. Is there a cap on the LTE data nights?
- Yes, there is a Fair Usage cap of 1GB per night.
