1. How does the Double Data on 30 day Quick Pick Bundles Promotion work?
As a prepaid customer, when you purchase a 30-day Quick Pick Bundle from 12:00am on the 29th September, 2017 to 11:59pm on 30th September, 2017, (“Promotion Period”) you will get DOUBLE Data for the duration of your bundle.

This will apply to the following via *323#:

  • New Activations of 30 day Quick Pick Bundles
  • Renewals of 30 day Quick Pick Bundles

 

2. What 30-day Quick Pick Bundles will the Double Data on 30 day Quick Pick Bundles Promotion apply to?
This Promotion will apply only to the following 30 day Quick Pick Bundles:

  • 30 Day 3GB Bundle at $240
  • 30 Day 1GB Bundle at $180
  • New Activations of Acquisition Offer – Ported In SIMs only

 

3. Will I get Double Data if I auto-renew the applicable Quick Pick Bundle during the Promotion Period?
Yes; if your 30 day Quick Pick Bundle auto renews during the Promotion Period you will receive Double Data.

6. How often can I qualify for this Promotion during the Promotion Period?
You can qualify for the Double Data on 30 day Quick Pick Bundles Promotion every time you purchase or auto renew the specified Quick Pick Bundle in the MyDigicel App or via *323#.

 

7. How will the data be depleted with my double data?
All data will be available in your main account and will deplete from your main account accordingly.

 

8. Can the Double Data from this Promotion rollover?
No; Double Data from this Promotion will not rollover. Only your regular data from the 30 day Quick Pick Bundle will rollover.

 

9. How can I check the data balance for the Double Data?
Both rollover and regular data will be accumulated in your main account. You can dial *120*4#snd to check your data balance.

 

10. Conditions of Use
The Double Data on 30 day Quick Pick Bundles Promotion is offered for the personal use of individuals and not commercial use or usage by groups of individuals. Any usage at all by an individual that in Digicel’s sole discretion is intended for financial gain or profit by you or by groups of individuals will result in the immediate termination of the particular package.

Digicel reserves the right to terminate the Double Data on 30 day Quick Pick Bundles Promotion forthwith if in its sole opinion the bundle is being abused.

Digicel reserves the right to modify or discontinue (permanently or temporarily) the Double Data on 30 day Quick Pick Bundles Promotion being offered to its customer at its discretion.

Digicel reserves the right to at any time, with or without the notice, to vary or cancel the terms and conditions of its Double Data on 30 day Quick Pick Bundles Promotion. In the event of Digicel giving notice to customers of any such changes to or cancellation of the bundle, it shall suffice for Digicel to give customers notice via messages to customer’s handset/device or to post such notification on Digicel’s website. Any such notification shall be effective immediately or as of the date referred to in such notification.

Customers should be solely responsible for keeping their mobile handset properly secured and for all activations and other activities that occur on or through their mobile handsets. Any request made for the Quick Pick Bundle via the use of the USSD code from a mobile handset shall be deemed a legitimate request from the customer to whom the said mobile handset is registered. Digicel shall not be responsible for any losses arising out of the unauthorized use of a customer’s handset.

Subject to the above, the standard Prepaid and 4G terms and conditions shall apply.
