3-Day Quick Pick Bundle and Triple Data Promotion Terms and Conditions

The following are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this Promotion:-

1.            How does the 3Day Quick Pick Bundle 3X Data Promotion work?

•              From 12:01 A.M. on 15th February, 2018 to 11:59 P.M. on 16th February, 2018 (“Promotional Period”) when you                                purchase/auto-renew the 3Day Quick Pick Bundle via *323# or the MyDigicel App, you will receive triple the amount of                 data in your main account.

•             Offer is available to Non-BB plans only.

•             This Offer is available to prepaid customers ONLY.

•             This Promotion will only apply when you activate the 3Day Quick Pick Bundle.


2.            How can I activate this Quick Pick Bundle during the Promotional Period?

•             You can use the My Digicel App;

•             You can dial *323#snd to activate; or

•             You can auto-renew your Quick Pick Bundle during the Promotional Period.


3.            Does this offer apply to Prepaid Dongle and Mifi plans as well?

•             No; this offer does not apply to Dongle and Mifi plans.


4.            How often can I activate this offer during the Promotional Period?

•             You can qualify for triple data every time you purchase or auto renew the specified Quick Pick Bundle via *323# or the MyDigicel App.


5.            How will my data be depleted?

•             All data will be available in your main account and will deplete from that account.


6.            Will my Triple Data rollover?

•             Yes; your triple data will rollover.

o             For Example, you activate a 3 Day Quick Pick Bundle. In total you will have 900MB. When 3 days have passed, your plan will auto renew. All the remainder bundle data in your main account will roll over if a new plan is purchased during the grace period.


7.            What happens if I do not auto renew my plan at the time of expiry?


•             After your plan expires you will receive a grace period of 24hours where the unused data in your main data account will be available to rollover once you reactivate another data plan within the 24 hour period.


8.            How can I check the data balance for the Triple Data?

•             You can dial *120*4#snd to check your data balance.


9.            Additional Terms and Conditions


•             The 3Day Quick Pick Bundle 3X Data Promotion is offered for the personal use of individuals and not commercial use or usage by groups of individuals. Any usage at all by an individual that in Digicel’s sole discretion is intended for financial gain or profit by you or by groups of individuals will result in the immediate termination of the particular promotion.


•             Digicel reserves the right to terminate the 3Day Quick Pick Bundle 3X Data Promotion forthwith if in its sole opinion the promotion is being abused.


•             Digicel reserves the right to modify or discontinue (permanently or temporarily) the 3Day Quick Pick Bundle 3X Data Promotion being offered to its customer at its discretion.


•             Digicel reserves the right to at any time, with or without the notice, to vary or cancel the terms and conditions of its 3Day Quick Pick Bundle 3X Data Promotion. In the event of Digicel giving notice to customers of any such changes to or cancellation of the promotion, it shall suffice for Digicel to give customers notice via messages to customer’s handset/device or to post such notification on Digicel’s website. Any such notification shall be effective immediately or as of the date referred to in such notification.


•             Customers should be solely responsible for keeping their mobile handset properly secured and for all activations and other activities that occur on or through their mobile handsets. Any request made for the new Quick Pick Bundles via the use of the USSD code or via the My Digicel App from a mobile handset shall be deemed a legitimate request from the customer to whom the said mobile handset is registered. Digicel shall not be responsible for any losses arising out of the unauthorized use of a customer’s handset.


•             Subject to the above, the standard Prepaid and 4G terms and conditions shall apply.
