1. What is the Credit Swap Promotion about?
The Credit Swap Promotion allows you the option to swap a fixed amount of your Main Account Credit into Voice Credit which includes an additional 50% of Voice Credit. 
 

2. How does the Promotion work?
Here is an example: if you swap $20 of your regular credit, you will receive $30 in Voice Credit to use for voice calls only.
 

3. How can I access the Credit Swap Promotion?
You can access the Credit Swap Promotion via one of the following:

  • Dialing *323#
  • MyDigicel App
     

4. What can I use my Voice Credit for?
You can Voice Credit can be used for ANY voice talk:-

  • Local calls (Digicel, bmobile, fixed)
  • International callss
  • Digi Caribbean calls

• N.B. Standard voice rates apply to your voice talk.
 

5. Can I transfer my Voice Credit or use it to purchase Prepaid Quick Pick Bundles?
No; you cannot transfer your Voice credit, nor can you use it to purchase Prepaid Quick Pick Bundles.
 

6. Can I call other networks in the Caribbean with my Voice Credit?
Yes; you can. Your Voice Credit applies to ANY voice call as detailed in (4) above.
 

7.. How long will my Voice Credit last?
Your Voice Credit will only last 10 days. However, every time you swap credit, the expiry of your credit will extend. 
 

8. What will happen to the balance of the credit in my Main Account?
The balance of your Main Account Credit is unaffected. 
 

10. How often can I swap?
You can swap credit at any time and as often as you like. 
 

11. How can I monitor my Voice Credit?
You can monitor your Voice Credit by dialing *120#.
 

12. Will I  be notified when my Voice Credit is about to expire?
Yes; you will receive a reminder message 48 hours prior to the expiry of your Voice Credit.
 

13. Is there an info code for this Promotion?
Yes; there is. You can text 716 to 247 to receive your info code.

 

14. Conditions of Use
The Credit Swap Promotion is offered for the personal use of individuals and not commercial use or usage by groups of individuals. Any usage at all by an individual that in Digicel’s sole discretion is intended for financial gain or profit by you or by groups of individuals will result in the immediate termination of the particular package.

Digicel reserves the right to terminate the Credit Swap Promotion forthwith if in its sole opinion the bundle is being abused. 

Digicel reserves the right to modify or discontinue (permanently or temporarily) the Credit Swap Promotion being offered to its customer at its discretion.

Digicel reserves the right to at any time, with or without the notice, to vary or cancel the terms and conditions of its Credit Swap Promotion. In the event of Digicel giving notice to customers of any such changes to or cancellation of the Credit Swap Promotion, it shall suffice for Digicel to give customers notice via messages to customer’s handset/device or to post such notification on Digicel’s website. Any such notification shall be effective immediately or as of the date referred to in such notification.

Customers should be solely responsible for keeping their mobile handset properly secured and for all activations and other activities that occur on or through their mobile handsets. Any request made for the Quick Pick Bundle via the use of the USSD code from a mobile handset shall be deemed a legitimate request from the customer to whom the said mobile handset is registered. Digicel shall not be responsible for any losses arising out of the unauthorized use of a customer’s handset.

Subject to the above, the standard Prepaid terms and conditions shall apply.
