WHAT IS A CREDIT LIMIT?

A  credit limit allows postpaid customers  to  control their monthly spend and their monthly bill. It sets a limit for the maximum amount of out of bundle charges per billing period and a maximum value for your monthly bill. You have several choices for your credit limit, ensuring that the limit suits your pocket.

 

WHY DO I NEED A CREDIT LIMIT?

Sometimes you use more data  than  you intended to – it happens. Sometimes life requires more data, more minutes or even a roaming pass. Your credit limit gives you the ability to control your monthly bill while allowing you the flexibility to purchase add-ons or still get service when you deplete your bundles.

NEED A TEMPORARY CREDIT LIMIT INCREASE?

Sometime we just need a temporary credit limit for a short period (Eg when we are travelling and wish to sign up for one of our great postpaid plans!)

Getting a temporary credit limit increase is now easier than ever! You can instantly request a $100 increase by dialling *216# from your mobile 

Your account must be in good standing for a minimum of 6 months to qualify. The temporary increase will last for the period of the existing bill cycle. A 5 TTD service fee applies.

 

Customer can access this service by dialing the USSD code *216#
