Number Portability

  • Please ensure all outstanding debts have been paid to your current provider.

Visit any Digicel Store with the following:

  • A copy of your ID and the  number you would like to be ported
  • If you are porting to a postpaid account with Digicel you will need to provide proof of Address (not more than 3 months old)

Once these documents have been submitted then you will be required to sign the porting request form

At this point, you will receive a blank Digicel SIM and receipt. You will also need to initiate the port by texting PORT to 9PORT

You will then wait to receive instructions via SMS (Please do not insert SIM until instructed to by SMS). Once the text message is received you will be required to switch SIM cards. The process should take no more than three working days. During this wait period, you will be able to use your current provider’s service until you get the SMS requiring you to switch your SIM card.
