Digicel has a better way to top up and check your balance, is easier, quicker and more convenient.

Follow these 3 simple steps to top up:

  • Type *121*13-digit voucher number# eg *121*9876543219873#
  • Press send
  • Check the screen on your phone for the confirmation message

Use Digicel prepaid check to find out your balance, type *120# and press SEND. 

The system will send back a message to confirm your balance and expiry date. 

Just type and send to top up and check your Digicel prepaid account balance. 

Please remember that after the expiration of each Top Up, You will be able to receive calls but will need to top up in order to make a call. If your account remains dormant for an additional 60 days, your account will automatically be terminated which means you will have to purchase a new SIM card and a new number will be provisioned.

Electronic vouchers $5, $10, $20, $30, $50, $100, $200, $500

All voucher prices are VAT inclusive.
