1. What is this Prepaid Acquisition Promotion about? 

• If you purchase a new prepaid smartphone with a new or existing Digicel SIM, you will receive

$450 in Free Credit towards the purchase of a Quick Pick 30 Day 3GB Bundle valued at $240 (VAT Inclusive).

• In addition to receiving the Free Credit you will also receive $150 per month for 3 months towards the purchase of the Quick Pick 30 Day 3GB Bundle. You must top up with $90 credit per month to activate the bundle.

2. Is this Prepaid Acquisition Promotion applicable to customers who purchase non-data capable handsets?

• This Promotion is not applicable to customers who purchase non-data capable handsets.

3. If I purchase a new SIM card only, will the Prepaid Acquisition Offer apply to me?

• Yes; if you purchase a new SIM card only, you will receive 50% off the cost of a Quick Pick 30 Day 3GB Bundle. You will get the bundle at price of $120 instead of $240 (First purchase ONLY). 

• In addition to receiving the 50% off, you will receive $20 initial bonus credit which expires 30 days after it is received.

4. How do I access the $150 Free Credit every month? 

• The Free Credit is available via the My Digicel App only. You must also purchase the bundle via the My Digicel App. Your Free Credit expires 7 days after it is received. It will NOT be accessible via *323#.

5. If I fail to redeem the $150 Free Credit for the first month, will I receive the Promotion for the following months?

• No; if you fail to redeem the Free Credit for the first month, this will result in termination of the Prepaid Acquisition Promotion. 

6. When will I receive the Prepaid Acquisition Promotion? 

• If you purchase a new device and SIM card, you will receive the Promotion upon activation of the SIM. If you purchase a new device with an existing SIM card, you will receive the Promotion after 24 hours. 

7. How will I know when I receive the Promotion? 

• You will receive an SMS message with the details of the Promotion.

SMS: 

“U received $150 dollars towards a Quick Pick 30Day 3GB Bundle. That’s only $90 for 3GB+200 Local& Intl Mins. Redeem now via My Digicel App. For info txt XXX to 247”

8. Will my data from the Quick Pick 30 Day 3GB Bundle rollover? 

• Yes; your data from the Quick Pick Bundle will rollover. Any data that has not been used will roll over once you purchase another Quick Pick Bundle  within 24 hours of the expiry of the original Quick Pick Bundle.

9. What countries can I call with Anywhere Minutes from the Quick Pick 30 Day 3G Bundle? 

• You can call the USA, Canada, UK landlines, Venezuela (Telefonica Mobile) and the following Digi Caribbean territories: 

    •  Anguilla 

    •   Antigua and Barbuda 

    •   Aruba 

    •   Barbados 

    •   Bermuda 

    •   Bonaire 

    •   BVI

    •   Cayman 

    •   Curacao 

    •   Dominica

Note: Digi Caribbean territories exclude Guyana, Haiti & Jamaica. 

10. Are there any restrictions to the unlimited Digi to Digi Calls offered with the Quick Pick 30 Day GB Bundle?

• Yes; there is a fair usage of 8 hours per day for Digi to Digi Calls, if you have available bundled minutes this will be used after 8 hours of Digi to Digi Calls. 

11. Are there any restrictions to the unlimited Digi SMS offered under the Quick Pick 30 Day 3GB Bundle?

• No; there are no restrictions to unlimited SMS. You can send any amount of SMS/ text messages.

12. Can I browse the internet after my data has been depleted? 

• Yes; you can. After your data bundle has depleted you will receive a prompt message where you can choose to browse Pay As You Go at $1 per MB or purchase a new Quick Pick Bundle.

13. Will I be charged for calls from my main balance after 8 hours daily fair usage? 

• Yes; once your fair usage of 8 hours has ended for the day, you will be charged from your main balance/ minutes bundle to make Local Digi Calls.

15. Conditions of Use

• The Prepaid Acquisition Promotion ia for the personal use of individuals and not commercial use or usage by groups of individuals. Any usage at all by an individual that in Digicel’s sole discretion is intended for financial gain or profit by you or by groups of individuals will result in the immediate termination of the particular offer.

• Digicel reserves the right to terminate any of the Prepaid Acquisition Promotion forthwith if in its sole opinion the Promotion is being abused. 

• Digicel reserves the right to modify or discontinue (permanently or temporarily) the Prepaid Acquisition Promotion to its customer at its discretion.

• Digicel reserves the right to at any time, with or without the notice, to vary or cancel the terms and conditions of its Prepaid Acquisition Promotion. In the event of Digicel giving notice to customers of any such changes to or cancellation of the Prepaid Acquisition Promotion, it shall suffice for Digicel to give customers notice via messages to customer’s handset/device or to post such notification on Digicel’s website. Any such notification shall be effective immediately or as of the date referred to in such notification.

• Customers should be solely responsible for keeping their mobile handset properly secured and for all activations and other activities that occur on or through their mobile handsets. Any request made for a bundle via the use of the My Digicel App from a mobile handset shall be deemed a legitimate request from the customer to whom the said mobile handset is registered. Digicel shall not be responsible for any losses arising out of the unauthorized use of a customer’s handset.

• Subject to the above, the standard Prepaid and 4G terms and conditions shall apply.
