NOTE:       Local Digicel numbers include numbers that have been ported from other local networks and are now on Digicel’s network

 

                 App Data is dedicated data for the apps mentioned under question 14(b) below.

               

2.      If my bundled Anywhere Minutes are depleted and I make a call to a non-Digicel numbers, how will I be charged?

 

·         If your bundled Anywhere Minutes are depleted, when you make further calls to non-Digicel numbers, you will be charged at Digicel’s prepaid Pay As You Rates Go rates. Please visit https://www.digicel.com/tt/en/mobile/plans-services/prepaid/prepaidrate.html  to view our prepaid Pay As You Rates Go rates; OR

·         You can purchase the following Talk Add-Ons for calls to local non-digicel numbers and certain non-local destinations by dialing *323# or visiting the My DigicelApp:

Please note the following:

·         Once any of the prepaid bundles is active, an Add-On can be purchased.

·         The Talk Add-On will expire when the current bundle expires.

 

3.      What are Local Minutes?

 

·         Local Minutes are minutes that can be used for calls to local non-Digicel numbers.

 

4.      What are Anywhere Minutes?

 

·         Anywhere Minutes are minutes that can be used for calls to local non-Digicel mobiles, local non-Digicel landlines, USA (mobiles and landlines), Canada (mobiles and landlines), UK landlines only, Venezuela (Telefonica Mobile only) and Digicel Caribbean (excluding Antigua & Barbuda, Jamaica, Haiti and Guyana) mobiles.

5.      Do the Anywhere Minutes apply to Venezuela Mobiles or landlines or both?

 

·         The Anywhere Minutes will only apply to Telefonica Mobile in Venezuela.

·         If calling a different provider in Venezuela, you will be charged at Digicel’s prepaid Pay As You Go rates.

6.      What countries are considered Digicel Caribbean?

  • The following are Digicel Caribbean territories:

7.       If I have a Prepaid Bundle with Always on Data, what happens when my LTE data is depleted?

 

·         For the Prepaid Bundles with Always on Data, when you have depleted your allocation of LTE data, your data speeds will be throttled from LTE speeds to 2G speeds. If you need additional data at LTE speeds, you can purchase a Data Add On. Any unused data from your Data Add On will not roll over and expires at the end of your current bundle.

 

8.      If I have a Prepaid Bundle with limited data, what happens when my LTE data is depleted?

 

·         For a Prepaid Bundle with limited data (e.g. the 30 Day $199 Bundle)[RJ1] [JJ2] , when you have depleted your allocated LTE data, your data access will stop. You will have the choice to continue to LTE data access at Pay As You Go Rate of $1.90 (VAT Exclusive) per MB or purchase a Data Add-On.

 

 

9.      What happens if I do not use all of my LTE data and bundled minutes allotted to my Prepaid Bundle for any month?

 

·         Any unused LTE data or bundled minutes will rollover.  

10.  What are the Data Add-Ons which are available for purchase?

 

·         The following Data Add-Ons are available for purchase by dialing *323# or visiting the My Digicel App:

11.    If I am on the 3 or 10 Day Prepaid Bundle, which calls qualify for 30 Anywhere Minutes per day?

·         The following calls will qualify for the 30 Anywhere Minutes per day: calls to local non-Digicel mobiles, local non-Digicel landlines, USA (mobiles and landlines), Canada (mobiles and landlines), UK landlines only, Venezuela (Telefonica Mobile only) and Digicel Caribbean (excluding Antigua & Barbuda, Jamaica, Haiti and Guyana) mobiles as well as calls to local toll free numbers.

·         Once you have depleted your 30 Anywhere Minutes for the day, you will be charged at Digicel’s prepaid Pay As You Go rates or you can purchase a Talk Add-On. 12.  , For how long will rollover minutes and rollover data be valid?

Rollover minutes and rollover data will be valid once there is an active Bundle on your account. Once the Bundle expires, so too will the roll over minutes and data.

 

13.  Can I use any of these bundles whilst roaming?

 

·         No.  You will only be able to use these bundles when you are in the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago.  You can purchase one of Digicel’s roaming plans when roaming. 14.  Are there any extras with these prepaid bundles?

 

(a)           The following extras or applications can be used without depleting data from your data bundle:

16.  What is SportsMax?

 

·         SportsMax is the Caribbean’s most widely distributed and most watched sports channel. The app version allows customers with a data capable phone to access sporting activity on the go.

 

17.  What is BIP Messenger?

 

·         BiP Messenger is a communication platform that provides customers the opportunity to keep in touch with friends, family, influencers, interests and brands through messaging, voice and video calls.                    

 

18.   What is GoLoud?

 

·         GoLoud is the ultimate audio experience where you can listen to the best selection of local radio and the most popular podcasts from around the world and right next door.

 

19.   What is PlayGo?

 

·         PlayGo is TV anytime, anywhere on your mobile device! Watch best in sports , top local regional events, local news, the hottest shows, movies and kids programs whenever you are

 

20.   What is Billo?

 

·         Billo is a personal cloud storage facility that allows users to store photos, videos, documents and contacts in a simple, secure storage system.

 

21.   What is Loop?

 

·         Loop is the Caribbean’s most downloaded news app that provides customers with breaking news, sport, entertainment and lifestyle stories that are relevant and current.

 

22.  Do these prepaid bundles auto renew?

 

Yes all these prepaid bundles, except the 1 day Prepaid Bundle, will auto renew.

You will receive an auto renewal SMS message 48 hours and 24 hours before your bundle expires.

 

23.  Will my prepaid bundle auto renew if I top up on the day it is set to expire?

 

Yes: your bundle which is set up to auto renew at time of purchase, will auto renew on the day it is set to expire, provided that you top up your account with the required credit to pay for the bundle, prior to its expiration.

 

24.  Additional Terms and Conditions

- These bundles are offered for the personal use of individuals and not commercial use or usage by groups of individuals. Any usage at all by an individual that in Digicel’s sole discretion is intended for financial gain or profit by you or by groups of individuals will result in the immediate termination of the particular bundle.

- Digicel reserves the right to terminate the bundles forthwith if in its sole opinion the bundles are being abused.

- Digicel reserves the right to modify or discontinue (permanently or temporarily) these bundles being offered to its customer at its discretion.

- Digicel reserves the right to at any time, with or without notice, to vary or cancel the terms and conditions of its prepaid bundles. In the event of Digicel giving notice to customers of any such changes to or cancellation of the terms and conditions of the bundles, it shall suffice for Digicel to give customers notice via messages to customer’s handset/device or to post such notification on Digicel’s website. Any such notification shall be effective immediately or as of the date referred to in such notification.

- Customers shall be solely responsible for keeping their mobile handset/device properly secured and for all activations and other activities that occur on or through their mobile handsets. Any request made from a mobile handset/device (including, but not limited to, via the use of a short code or the MyDigicel App) shall be deemed a legitimate request from the customer to whom the said mobile handset/device is registered. Digicel shall not be responsible for any losses arising out of the unauthorized use of a customer’s handset/device.

- Subject to the above, the standard Prepaid Terms and Conditions, the Digicel Prime Bundles Terms and Conditions and the various applications terms and conditions shall apply.
