SportsMax Double Data Promotion T&Cs




These SportsMax General Terms and Conditions of Use (the “Terms”) apply to you and govern 

your use of the SportsMax mobile application (the “App”). You should read these Terms 

carefully before using the App.


“We” or “us” means International Media Content Limited, a company registered under the 

laws of St. Lucia and the registered office of which is at PO Box BW400, Baywalk Mall, Rodney 

Bay Castries, St Lucia, including our subsidiary SportsMax Limited, a company registered 

under the laws of Jamaica and the registered office of which is at 22 Chalmers Avenue, 

Kingston 10, Jamaica.


References to “we”, “our” and “us” in these Terms also includes our subsidiaries and affiliates 

(“Affiliates”) from time to time.


“You” means the person accessing or using the App or viewing its Content (and “your” shall 

have the same meaning).


By accessing or using the App, whether occasionally, frequently or permanently, or by 

otherwise indicating your consent, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 


If you do not agree to or accept any of these Terms, or if you are under the age of 18, you 

should stop using this App immediately.


1. What is the Sportsmax Double Data Promotion?

From July 23, 2021 until August 8, 2021 (the “Promotional Period”), we are offering double the Sportsmax data to users of Digicel Prime Bundle Apps (defined below at paragraph 2) for the SportsMax App only.  August 8, 2021 will be the final day that customers will be able to purchase a plan and receive double the data. 


2. Which mobile applications are included in the Digicel Prime Bundle?

The Digicel Prime Bundle includes the following Apps, which you will be able to download 

from the App Stores.

   1. PlayGo 

   2. GoLoud 

   3. D’Music 

   4. BiP 

   5. Billo

   6. SportsMax

   7. Loop

   8. My Digicel


3. Who can participate in the Promotion?

All Digicel Prime Bundle App customers over the age of 18 in the following countries (the 

“Participating Markets”) can participate in the Promotion, including both Postpaid and 

Prepaid customers:



Antigua & Barbuda 




British Virgin Islands 

St. Kitts & Nevis

Cayman Islands 

St. Lucia


St. Vincent and the Grenadines




Trinidad & Tobago

Cooperative Republic of Guyana

Turks and Caicos



4. How does the Promotion work?

Participate in the Promotion by following the steps below:

Step 1: Ensure you are a Digicel Prime Bundle customer and that you have the 

Sportsmax App downloaded.

Step 2: Purchase a Prime Bundle plan on any day during the Promotional Period. 

Step 3: Receive double the data for the SportsMax App!


Additional Terms and Conditions

A. In addition to these Terms and Conditions, you remain bound by the Terms and 

Conditions of your SportsMax subscription.


B. This Promotion does not apply to the SportsMax Olympic Games App.


C. Plans will be valid for the number of days paid for, irrespective of whether some of 

those days fall outside of the Promotional Period (for example, a 30-day plan 

purchased on August 8, 2021 will be valid through to September 7, 2021).


D. For customer support, or to report a problem or send us your feedback, please contact

E. This Promotion is offered for your personal use and not for commercial use.


F. You are solely responsible for all associated fees and costs incurred by you for 

equipment, connectivity and data usage in relation to your participation in the 

Promotion. Be reminded that once roaming, you will be restricted from participating 

in this Promotion.


G. We reserve the right to terminate this offer if, in our sole opinion, the Promotion is

being abused, whether on a commercial basis or otherwise, general abuse deemed 

as an attempt to undermine the integrity of our services.


H. We reserve the right to modify, extend or discontinue (permanently or temporarily), 

this Promotion being offered to you at our discretion.


I. We reserve the right to, at any time, with or without notice, vary or cancel the terms 

and conditions of this Promotion. In the event of us giving notice to you of any such 

changes to or cancellation of the Promotion, it shall suffice for us to give you notice 

via messages to your handset/device or to post such notification on the SportsMax

website or the App. Any such notification shall be effective immediately or as of the 

date referred to in such notifications.


J. The terms and conditions which apply to you are those published on the SportsMax

website at the time that your subscription is most recently renewed. These will only 

apply for the Promotional Period
