All active Digicel+ customers will have the opportunity to earn TT$150.00 for referring new customers to our Digicel+ service.

Once your referral has been signed up and installed with our service, you will receive TT$150.00 per each new customer towards their Digicel+ bill.

Enter your email address associated with your Digicel+ account, Digicel+ account number (located to the top right hand corner of your bill or seen in MDA or bill SMS),  create a password (alphanumeric), re-enter your password then hit on the ‘Submit button’.

After creation, you will receive an email noreply@digiceltt.com for confirmation of the registration process. You MUST confirm within 1 day.

You can click ‘No’ when you log in for the first time (a question will be asked if your information is correct).

OR when viewing your profile click ‘Update Profile’ (after logging in and proceeded to click YES) to fill out a query form. A Digicel representative will be in contact with you to update your information.

Log into your account, and

select ‘Create Referral’ ( circled purple item) 

Fill out the required fields, read /check the Privacy Policy, then hit “SUBMIT”.

Yes, both accounts can be registered on the portal.  

Once the  referral has been successfully installed and activated with Digicel+ service, the referral credit will be paid in your next bill cycle.

The payment from the program is calculated as TT$150 x no. of successful referrals.

No, payment from this program will only be applied to your Digicel+ invoice as a credit

 

No. The payment will be posted only to your account. 

 

The account that the referral was submitted under will be credited with the funds.

No, payments will only be posted in the next billing cycle after your referral has  been successfully installed.

Unfortunately, you would have disqualified yourself from the program since only active Digicel+ accounts qualify for the promotion to be credited.

There will be no cash payments.

You will be contacted within 48 – 72 working hours anytime between Monday – Friday during the hours 8am – 5pm.

You are an existing Digicel+ customer with active service.

a.     The person being referred  is an existing customer who already has the Digicel+ service.

b.     The person being referred is an existing customer who has already signed up but is awaiting installation.

c.     The person being referred resides in an area where we are unable to provide Digicel+ service.

d.     The person being referred has already been referred.
