1. What are the Prime Jr. Bundles (“Bundles)?

During the period from 1st July, 2021 to 30th September, 2021, the following three prepaid offers, which are dedicated to gaming and learning, shall be available to parents or legal guardians of students who are 12 years and under:- 

• 1 day Prime Jr. Bundle;

• 30 day Prime Jr. Bundle; and 

• S.E.A. Super Bundle*

*only available parents or legal guardians of students who wrote the Secondary Entrance Assessment (“S.E.A.”) 2021 examinations

 

2. What are the features of these Prime Jr. Bundles?

3. How can I purchase any of these Bundles ?

• To get the 1 day Prime Jr. Bundle or the 30 day Prime Jr. Bundle, once you are a Digicel prepaid mobile customer and you are a parent or legal guardian of a student who is 12 years and under, you can dial *323#

• You can purchase the S.E.A. Super Bundle at any Digicel Retail Store or from authorised Digicel sales representatives. 

In order to purchase this Bundle, you will be required to sign up as a Digicel mobile prepaid customer and you must also provide a copy of your child’s S.E.A. 2021 slip as proof that he/she wrote the S.E.A. 2021 examinations.

You will be given the handset and SIM card free of charge upon signing up for this offer.

 

4. Can I get these Bundles more than once?

You can get the 1 Prime Jr. Bundle and the 30 day Prime Jr. Bundle more than once.

The S.E.A. Super Bundle is a one-time offer; your child’s S.E.A. 2021 slip can only be used once to qualify you to receive this Bundle.

 

5.  What is dedicated game data?

Dedicated game data is data given for use by the following games:

- Roblox;

- Clash of Clans; and

- PlayersUnknown’s Battlegrounds (“PUBG”)

All other games will deplete from “Any use data.” 

 

6. What is Robux credit?

Robux credit is in-game currency that allows you to purchase upgrades for your avatar or buy special abilities and experiences for the Roblox gaming platform. 

 

7. How do I qualify to win Robux credit (“Robux Credit Promotion”)?

• To qualify for a chance to win Robux credit, you MUST purchase any of the Bundles during the promotional period from 12th July, 2021 to 15th August, 2021 (“Promotional Period.”) All winners will be randomly selected.

• You will receive a SMS advising of your successful entry into this promotion upon your purchase of one of these Bundles during the Promotional Period. 

 

8. What are the prizes, number of winners and draw dates for the prizes for the Robux Credit Promotion?

The prizes, number of winners and draw dates are as follows:

9. Will I be able to win a weekly prize for each of the weekly draw dates for this Robux Credit Promotion? 

No. If you win a weekly prize, you will not be eligible to win another weekly prize during the Promotional Period, however, you will still qualify for a chance to win a grand prize.

 

10. How will winners be notified for this Robux Credit Promotion?

After winners are randomly chosen for each of the weekly prizes or the grand prize, Digicel will place a call to that customer’s number. Digicel will make only one (1) attempt to call the selected number. If no one answers that call, then another winner will be randomly selected. The winners will be provided with the code to enter into Robux to redeem the Robux credit. Each winner will have a unique code. 

A winner shall be deemed the person identified (by the person answering the call) as the owner of the Digicel account associated with the selected winning entry (“the winner”). If, in Digicel’s sole opinion, the information given when Digicel placed the call to identify the winner is untrue, then Digicel reserves the right to have the prize returned to it by the purported owner and then to give the award to the rightful owner of the account associated with the winning entry selected. The winner may be required to provide Digicel with proof that he/she is the authorized account holder/owner of the Digicel account associated with the selected winning entry before the prize is given to him/her. 

 

11. What happens if the minutes or data from any of the Bundles is depleted?

• You will be charged at Digicel’s standard prepaid Pay As You Go rates or you can purchase any of the below Add-Ons by dialing *323# or visiting the My Digicel App:

12. Will I be able to check my data bundle balance on any of the Bundles?

Yes; you can check your data bundle balance by dialing the following

13. Will the data from the S.E.A. Super Bundle roll over?

Yes.  Any unused LTE data will roll over to the next period (once you have activated a Digicel prepaid bundle) until that bundle expires. 

 

14. If I have unused Digicel Minutes, will these unused Digicel Minutes roll over to the next plan period for any of the Bundles? 

No.  Unused Digicel Minutes will not roll over to the next plan period.

 

15. Will I be able to check my balance of Digicel Minutes for any of the Bundles?

Yes.  You can check your balance of Digicel Minutes by dialing *120*115# 

 

16. What are Digicel Minutes?

Digicel Minutes are minutes that can be used for calls to local Digicel mobiles and Digicel+ home phones. 

 

17. Additional Terms and Conditions

• Winners shall be fully responsible for the payment of all taxes, duties or statutory deductions in relation to the prizes awarded for this Promotion.

• In no event will Digicel be liable for more than the relevant prize available under these terms and conditions.

• The Bundles included in this Promotion are offered for the personal use by individuals only and not commercial use or usage by groups of individuals. Any usage at all by an individual that in Digicel’s sole discretion is intended for financial gain or profit by you or by groups of individuals will result in the immediate termination of these Promotions and/or plans.

• Digicel reserves the right to terminate these Promotions and/or plans forthwith if in its sole opinion the Promotions and/or plans are being abused. 

• Digicel reserves the right to modify or discontinue (permanently or temporarily) these Promotions being offered to its customers at its discretion.

• Digicel reserves the right to at any time, with or without notice, to vary or cancel the terms and conditions of these Promotions. In the event of Digicel giving notice to customers of any such changes to or cancellation of the terms and conditions of these Promotions, it shall suffice for Digicel to give customers notice via messages to customer’s handset/device or to post such notification on Digicel’s website. Any such notification shall be effective immediately or as of the date referred to in such notification.

• Customers should be solely responsible for keeping their mobile handset properly secured and for all activations and other activities that occur on or through their mobile handsets. Any request made via the use of a short code or the My Digicel App from a mobile handset shall be deemed a legitimate request from the customer to whom the said mobile handset is registered. Digicel shall not be responsible for any losses arising out of the unauthorized use of a customer’s handset.
