The following are the Terms and Conditions governing this Promotion:-
1. What is the Cuz we Trini to D’ Bone promotion (“Promotion”)?
During the period from 16th August 2021 to 15th October 2021 (“promotional period”) any Digicel prepaid customer who purchases a 1 Day Prime Bundle five (5) times during the promotional period will receive a coupon from KFC worth two (2) pieces of chicken (“Free KFC meal”).
Note: You are not required to activate the 5 (five) 1 Day Prime Bundles on consecutive days in order to access this Promotion. You can access this Promotion where you activate a 1 Day Prime Bundle on any five (5) days during the promotional period. For example, if you purchase a 1 Day Prime Bundle on 16th August, 2021, 20th August, 25th August, 2021, 29th August, 2021 and 5th September, 2021, then you will be able to access this Promotion.
2. What are the features of this 1 Day Prime Bundle (“Bundle”)?
The 1 Day Prime Bundle is valued at $25.00TT each. The following are the features of this Bundle:-

3. How can I purchase a 1 Day Prime Bundle?
To purchase the 1 Day Prime Bundle, once you are a Digicel prepaid mobile customer, you can dial *323# or via the My digicel app.
4. Can I receive a free KFC meal more than once during the promotional period?
Yes, you can receive a free KFC meal more than once during the promotional period. For every five (5) 1 Day Prime Bundles purchased by you during the promotional period, you will be entitled to receive one (1) free KFC meal.
5. Will I be notified once I have qualified for the free KFC meal?
Yes, you will receive a text message on your mobile phone notifying you that you have qualified to receive a free KFC meal. You will also receive instructions via this text message on how to redeem the free KFC meal via a coupon. You will be required to download the KFC application on your mobile phone in order to access and redeem your coupon for the free KFC meal.
6. How will I be notified that I qualify for the free KFC meal after I purchase the fifth (5th) 1 Day Prime Bundle?
Below is the sequence of text messages that you will receive after you purchase each of your 1 Day Prime Bundles :

Qualifying message 2:

7. How do I redeem my free KFC meal ?
You will be required to download the KFC application in order to access and redeem the coupon for the free KFC meal. This coupon can ONLY be redeemed via the KFC application. You must be registered as a user with the KFC application in order to redeem the coupon. Please note that in accordance with KFC’s policy, delivery requires a minimum purchase of $42.00 which does not include the value of the coupon. Additionally, in accordance with KFC’s policy, pick up or curb side requires a minimum purchase of $5.00 which does not include the value of the coupon.
8. How long do I have to redeem the coupon for the free KFC meal ?
You will have two (2) weeks from the date that you receive the text message from Digicel with instructions to redeem your coupon for the free KFC meal via the KFC application.
9. Can I pay the difference to KFC to purchase another meal of my choice other than the free KFC meal via this Promotion?
You cannot receive another KFC item in place of the free KFC meal accessed via this Promotion.
10. Can ported prepaid customer qualify for this Promotion?
Yes, all prepaid Digicel customers can qualify for this Promotion.
11. Will my data and minutes from my current 1 Day Prime Bundle roll over?
Once you purchase another 1 Day Prime Bundle prior to midnight on the day that your current Bundle will expire, then the remaining data and minutes from your current Bundle will roll over to your new Bundle.
12. What are Anywhere Minutes ?
Anywhere Minutes are minutes that can be used for calls to local non-Digicel mobiles, local non-Digicel landlines, USA (mobiles and landlines), Canada (mobiles and landlines), UK landlines only, Venezuela (Telefonica Mobile only) and Digicel Caribbean (excluding Antigua & Barbuda, Jamaica, Haiti and Guyana) mobile phones .
13. Additional Terms and Conditions
· Participants shall be fully responsible for the payment of all taxes, duties or statutory deductions associated with this Promotion.
· In no event will Digicel be liable for more than the relevant prize available under these terms and conditions.
-The Bundles included in this Promotion are offered for the personal use by individuals only and not commercial use or usage by groups of individuals. Any usage at all by an individual that in Digicel’s sole discretion is intended for financial gain or profit by you or by groups of individuals will result in the immediate termination of this Promotion.
-Digicel reserves the right to terminate this Promotions forthwith if in its sole opinion the Promotion are being abused.
-Digicel reserves the right to modify or discontinue (permanently or temporarily) this Promotion being offered to its customers at its discretion.
-Digicel reserves the right to at any time, with or without notice, to vary or cancel the terms and conditions of this Promotion. In the event of Digicel giving notice to customers of any such changes to or cancellation of the terms and conditions of this Promotion, it shall suffice for Digicel to give customers notice via messages to customer’s handset/device or to post such notification on Digicel’s website. Any such notification shall be effective immediately or as of the date referred to in such notification.
-Customers should be solely responsible for keeping their mobile handset properly secured and for all activations and other activities that occur on or through their mobile handsets. Any request made via the use of a short code or the My Digicel App from a mobile handset shall be deemed a legitimate request from the customer to whom the said mobile handset is registered. Digicel shall not be responsible for any losses arising out of the unauthorized use of a customer’s handset.
