1.  When does this Promotion start and end?

This Promotion is valid from 7^th November 2022 through to 31^st December 2022 (the “Promotional Period”).

2.  What is the “We in Everything this Christmas Digicel+” Offer about?

This Promotion offers all new customers free installation of Digicel+ services, free Disney+ and free HBO with HBOMAX for 1 month. All new customers also get 20% off their base plan (“Plan”) and any premium add on, both for a 3 month period.  In addition any customer signing up Digicel+ online will receive an additional 10% off their Plan.

3.  Who is eligible for this Promotion?

Any new Digicel+ customer, who signs up for a Plan valued at $310 or more will be eligible for this Promotion.

5.  What will happen after the discount period has ended ?

·   The Disney+ add on will be billed according to normal billing terms after the one month period has ended.   

·  The HBO add on will be billed according to normal billing terms after the one month period has ended.

·  After the 20% discount, the Plans will be billed according to normal billing terms after the three month period has ended.

6.  Can I take additional add ons ?

·  Yes, you can subscribe to add ons at the time of sign up or anytime after.  Once your request for a new add on is made within the Promotional Period, then you will be eligible to receive the 20% discount on the add on for 3 month period.

7.   How can I request or remove any add on?

            You would need to call in to our service center at 868-866-7587 to request or remove any add on.

ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This Promotion is offered for the personal use by individuals only and not commercial use or usage by groups of individuals. Any usage at all by an individual that in Digicel’s sole discretion is intended for financial gain or profit by you or by groups of individuals will result in the immediate termination of these Promotions and/or plans.

Digicel reserves the right to terminate this Promotion and/or plans forthwith if in its sole opinion the Promotions and/or plans are being abused.

Digicel reserves the right to modify or discontinue (permanently or temporarily) this Promotion being offered to its customers at its discretion.

Digicel reserves the right to at any time, with or without notice, to vary or cancel the terms and conditions of this Promotion. In the event of Digicel giving notice to customers of any such changes to or cancellation of the terms and conditions of this Promotion, it shall suffice for Digicel to give customers notice via messages to customer’s handset/device or via the customer’s email or to post such notification on Digicel’s website. Any such notification shall be effective immediately or as of the date referred to in such notification.
