DIGICEL “20TH ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION” HANDSET PROMOTION

During the period from April 7th, 2026 to April 30th, 2026 (“Promotional Period”), Digicel is offering a discounted handset offer – Digicel’s “20th Anniversary Celebration – Handset Offer” (the “Promotion”). 

These Frequently Asked Questions (“FAQs”) and Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to you and govern your participation in this Promotion.

“We” or “us” means Digicel (Trinidad & Tobago) Limited, a company registered under the laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago with registered offices at 11C Maraval Road, Port of Spain, Trinidad.  References to “we”, “our” and “us” in these Terms also includes our subsidiaries and affiliates (“Affiliates”) from time to time.

“I” or “you” means the person participating in the Promotion (and “my” and “your” shall have the same meaning).

By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms incorporate the Privacy Policy which you can access via the Digicel’s website.

If you do not agree to or accept any of these Terms, or if you are under the age of eighteen (18), you should stop participating in the Promotion immediately.

1.  What is this Promotion about? 

With the Digicel “20th Anniversary Celebration – Handset Offer”, Digicel mobile customers (including new, existing, and ported customers):

·      who subscribe to a Postpaid My Choice Plan, a Postpaid My Value Max Plan or a Postpaid My All Inclusive Plan, during the Promotional Period, will be eligible to receive a Samsung A36  128GB 5G handset at a discounted price of $1,380.00 (VAT inclusive);

·      who purchase a Prepaid 30day D’ Freedom or 30day D’ All In Plan, on April 7th, 2026, will be eligible to receive a Samsung A17 128GB 5G handset at a discounted price of $1,200.00 (VAT inclusive);

·      who purchase a Prepaid 30day D’ Freedom or 30day D’ All In Plan, on April 14th, 2026, will be eligible to receive a Samsung A16 128GB 5G handset at a discounted price of $960.00 (VAT inclusive); and 

·      who purchase a Prepaid 30day D’ Freedom or 30day D’ All In Plan, on April 21st, 2026, will be eligible to receive a Samsung A07 64GB LTE handset at a discounted price of $800.00 (VAT inclusive); and

·      who turn 20 years old during the month of April 2026 and purchase any Prepaid Plan or complete a Top Up at any Digicel Experience store, will be eligible to receive an iPhone 15 (128GB) at a discounted price of $2,360.00 (VAT inclusive) or a Samsung S23 Ultra (256GB) at a discounted price of $2,640.00 (VAT inclusive).Valid form of identification must be presented.

3. Additional Terms and Conditions

• These offers are for the personal use of individuals and not commercial use or usage by groups of individuals. Any usage at all by an individual that in Digicel’s sole discretion is intended for financial gain or profit by you or by groups of individuals will result in the immediate termination of the particular offer or your participation in the Promotion.

• Digicel shall have the right to disqualify any individual from availing of any offer in this Promotion, if in its sole opinion, the offer is being abused by that individual.

• Digicel reserves the right to terminate this Promotion or any offer or all forthwith if, in its sole opinion, the offers are being abused. 

• Digicel reserves the right to modify or discontinue (permanently or temporarily) this Promotion being offered to its customer at its discretion.

• Digicel reserves the right to at any time, with or without notice, to vary or cancel the terms and conditions of this Promotion. In the event of Digicel giving notice to customers of any such changes to or cancellation of the Promotion, it shall suffice for Digicel to give customers notice via messages to customer’s handset/device or to post such notification on Digicel’s website. Any such notification shall be effective immediately or as of the date referred to in such notification.

• Customers shall be solely responsible for keeping their mobile handset properly secured and for all activations and other activities that occur on or through their mobile handsets. Any request made via the use of a short code from a mobile handset or via the My Digicel App shall be deemed a legitimate request from the customer to whom the said mobile handset is registered. Digicel shall not be responsible for any losses arising out of the unauthorized use of a customer’s handset.

·      Warranty and support information relating to handsets included in these offers will be included in product packaging. Where applicable, handsets included in this Promotion are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty and Digicel makes no representation as to the functionality of any of the said handsets.

·      Handsets included in this Promotion may not be transferred or exchanged for another product or for cash.

• Except in the event of its negligence, neither Digicel, nor any other person or party associated with the Promotion, their associated companies, agents, contractors and sponsors or any of its personnel involved in the Promotion, shall be liable whatsoever for any loss or damage incurred or suffered, death or personal injury suffered or sustained, or costs incurred, arising from participation in the Promotion.

• Subject to the above, Digicel’s Mobile Telephone Services Terms and Conditions as well as the Digicel Prepaid Plan Terms and Conditions or Digicel Postpaid Plan Terms and Conditions (whichever is applicable) shall apply.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago
