DIGICEL “20TH ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION” DIGICEL+ PROMOTION
During the period from April 7th, 2026 to April 30th, 2026 (“Promotional Period”), Digicel is offering a discounted offer – Digicel’s “20th Anniversary Celebration – Digicel+ Offer” (the “Promotion”).
These Frequently Asked Questions (“FAQs”) and Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to you and govern your participation in this Promotion.
“We” or “us” means Digicel (Trinidad & Tobago) Limited, a company registered under the laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago with registered offices at 11C Maraval Road, Port of Spain, Trinidad. References to “we”, “our” and “us” in these Terms also includes our subsidiaries and affiliates (“Affiliates”) from time to time.
“I” or “you” means the person participating in the Promotion (and “my” and “your” shall have the same meaning).
By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms incorporate the Privacy Policy which you can access via the Digicel’s website.
If you do not agree to or accept any of these Terms, or if you are under the age of eighteen (18), you should stop participating in the Promotion immediately.
1. What is this Promotion about?
With the Digicel “20th Anniversary Celebration – Digicel+ Offer”, customers who sign up for any Digicel+ plan with speeds of 350Mbps or higher, during the Promotional Period, will receive a 20% discount on the monthly subscription fee of their plan.
2. Who is eligible for this Promotion?
• This Promotion is available to new customers only.
• New customers must subscribe to a qualifying Digicel+ plan with speeds of 350Mbps or higher during the Promotional Period to avail of this offer.
3. What are the terms of the discount?
• The discount will be applied on the first full monthly subscription and will be reflected on the customer’s monthly bill.
• The discount will be applied for six (6) months.
Additional Terms and Conditions
• These offers are for the personal use of individuals and not commercial use or usage by groups of individuals. Any usage at all by an individual that in Digicel’s sole discretion is intended for financial gain or profit by you or by groups of individuals will result in the immediate termination of the particular offer or your participation in the Promotion.
• Digicel shall have the right to disqualify any individual from availing of any offer in this Promotion, if in its sole opinion, the offer is being abused by that individual.
• Digicel reserves the right to terminate this Promotion or any offer or all forthwith if, in its sole opinion, the offers are being abused.
• Digicel reserves the right to modify or discontinue (permanently or temporarily) this Promotion being offered to its customer at its discretion.
• Digicel reserves the right to at any time, with or without notice, to vary or cancel the terms and conditions of this Promotion. In the event of Digicel giving notice to customers of any such changes to or cancellation of the Promotion, it shall suffice for Digicel to give customers notice via messages to customer’s handset/device or to post such notification on Digicel’s website. Any such notification shall be effective immediately or as of the date referred to in such notification.
• Except in the event of its negligence, neither Digicel, nor any other person or party associated with the Promotion, their associated companies, agents, contractors and sponsors or any of its personnel involved in the Promotion, shall be liable whatsoever for any loss or damage incurred or suffered, death or personal injury suffered or sustained, or costs incurred, arising from participation in the Promotion.
• Subject to the above, Digicel’s Terms and Conditions for Digicel+ – Fibre internet, TV, and Phone services shall apply.
