Typically we aim to have your service up and running within 7 working days.  This can vary depending on demand and of course to suit your availability. Once the date has been confirmed with you, you will then be contacted again 24 hours prior to the scheduled installation. Our representative will reconfirm your availability for the time slot (AM or PM) in which our technicians will arrive.

Once you have signed up for Digicel Play your details are submitted and you will be contacted by a representative who will verify your details and schedule your installation at your convenience.

In the event your address is not serviceable at this time, we will keep your details and contact you once service has become available in your area.
