What is Digicel Multiscreen TV?

Multi-Screen is a great feature that allows you to watch all the channels included in your TV package from any room in your home using up to five (5) devices like a tablet or smartphone once connected to your wifi. To use Multi-Screen, you must be a Digicel TV & Fibre Internet bundle customer.


Can I get Multi-screen without being a Digicel customer?

To access Multi-screen, you must subscribe to both a Digicel Fibre TV and Broadband plan To sign up, dial 500 from your Digicel mobile or call 866 PLAY.


Do I have to pay extra for Multi-screen?

No, you don't. Multi-Screen is available at no additional charge to all Digicel Fibre TV and Broadband bundle customers.


How do I access Digicel Multiscreen TV?

To access Digicel Multiscreen TV, please follow the below steps:

  • Subscribe to a Digicel bundle plan
  • Go to your app store
  • Search for Digicel Multi-screen
  • Click install
  • Connect to Digicel Wifi 
  • Select your country
  • Log in using your Account ID and Account Password
Digicel Multi-screen is currently available for iOS and Android devices.

Where can I find my login details for Multi-Screen?

Your Account ID and Account Password can be found on the inside cover of your Guide to Getting Started given to you on the day of installation. If you can't find this guide, just give us a call at 866 PLAY or dial 500 from your Digicel mobile.


Can I use Multi-screen without an internet connection?

To access our Multi-screen feature, your smartphone or tablet will need to be connected to your Digicel Wifi.


Can I use Multi-Screen with my laptop?

Multi-screen is currently not available for laptop devices; however, you can still enjoy our Multi-screen feature from your Android or iOS smartphone or tablet.


What features can I access with Digicel Multi-Screen?

You can access a lot of the great features of your Digicel TV service from your smartphone or tablet. These features include:

  • Watch Live TV
  • Browse the TV Guide
  • Pause & Rewind Live TV
  • Schedule a Recording (including series recordings)
  • Set a Reminder
  • Set your favourite channels
  • Browse and watch On Demand 

Can I use Digicel Multi-screen outside of my home?

Currently, Digicel Multi-screen is only available in your home and with a Digicel WiFi connection.


How do i log in to Multi-Screen?

Logging in is easy!

  • Connect to your Digicel Wifi 
  • Open the Digicel Multi-Screen app
  • Select your country
  • Log in using your Account ID and Account Password

What device can I use to access Multi-Screen?

You can access our multi-screen feature using up to five (5) wifi enabled devices while at home. Multi-screen is currently available for Android 4.2 to 5.1 and iOS 7 and up.
