Why do I need my 12-digit account number?

Your 12-digit account number is important for every Digicel Play transaction. Giving us this 12-digit number when paying your bill ensures that payment is applied to the correct account to avoid any interruption of your Digicel Play service. It also means that any authorized changes are made to the right account.


How do I make changes to my service?

Making changes to your service is easy! Just contact our Customer Care team at 866-PLAY or 500 from your Digicel mobile. Also, look out for our online self-care portal coming soon. Here you can easily manage your account details, review and make payments, and make changes or additions to your service.


Can anyone make changes to my service on my behalf?

Yes but before they can make any changes, you will need to call our Customer Care team at 866-PLAY or 500 from your Digicel mobile to have them added to your Digicel Play account. The person authorized to make changes to your service will need to know the answers to your security questions for us to process the change. Please note that some types of changes can only be made or requested by the account holder.


How do I add someone to my Digicel Play account?

Can I manage my Digicel Play account online?

Our online self-care portal is coming soon. The portal will allow you to easily manage your account details, review and make payments, and make changes or additions to your service. We will let you know as soon as that service is up and running.
