We’d like to share some important news regarding GoLoud, our radio and podcast app. After careful consideration, we regret to inform you that GoLoud will be discontinued on March 31st, 2024.
The decision to discontinue GoLoud was not made lightly and we understand the impact this may have on you, however we will do our best to ensure a transparent and smooth transition.
What this means is that as of March 31st, 2024, the app will no longer be available for download, and existing users will no longer have access to its features and content.
We recommend you explore the wide range of alternative platforms available in your relevant app store and enjoy listening to your favorite radio stations and podcasts using Digicel’s ample data allotments.

- Why is Digicel removing GoLoud?
We are focused on refining our product offerings to better meet the evolving needs of our customers.
- When will I no longer be able to access the app?
The app will be decommissioned on March 31st , 2024. Any user with an existing plan will be able to use the app until March 31st, 2024.
- Will I have to manually delete the app from my phone?
Yes, after March 31st, 2024 the app will no longer be accessible. You will receive a message when you attempt to open or use the app after this date to advise you to delete.
- What will happen to my personal data?
Once the GoLoud app is decommissioned all your personal data that has been collected, stored, or otherwise processed by the application will be deleted and removed from our databases. You will be unable to access or recover this data after March 31st, 2024. For more information on the categories of personal data GoLoud collects, please view the privacy policy.
- Will I lose all my followed and downloaded podcasts and episodes?
Yes, all downloaded podcasts will be automatically deleted as of March 31st, 2024, as this content is stored within the GoLoud app.
- Can I transfer my followed and downloaded podcasts to another streaming app?
No, unfortunately you will not be able to transfer your favourites and downloaded content to another streaming app.
- Are there any other apps that I can use to listen to podcasts and local radio stations?
Yes, there are several other apps that you can use to listen to podcasts. Many radio stations currently on the GoLoud app have their own streaming platforms. We recommend that you browse your relevant app stores for an app that best suits your podcast and radio listening preference.
- Will Digicel offer any other music apps to listen to music?
No, Digicel will not be offering any other music, podcast or radio streaming apps at this time.
