We are pleased to announce the introduction of our new portfolio of 30-Day Plans, called "My Plans," starting from July 11, 2023, that replaces our current 30Day Prime Bundles. These plans have been carefully designed based on your feedback, as well as your voice and data needs, providing you with a personalized experience and excellent value for your money.
While we will be making adjustments to our portfolio, we understand that there are customers like you, who have been loyal users of our Prime Access Bundle. We highly value your continued support, and we want to assure you will continue to enjoy the same features and benefits that you have come to rely on, will continue to remain exclusively available for you to you in the “My Junior Plan”.
Whilst we maintain the My Junior Plan for you, we encourage you to explore the new "My Plans" portfolio. These plans are designed to meet the evolving needs of our customers and offer enhanced features such as Dedicated Hotspot data, transparent billing and the ability to customize your plans with Add-Ons.
We believe that the new "My Plans" will provide you with even greater flexibility and value, should you choose to explore them in the future.
As we continue to invest in delivering an exceptional experience, it is necessary for us to make some price adjustments. Effective July 11, 2023, there will be a price increase to our 3Day and 10Day Bundles, as well as our Pay as You Go voice rates as below.
3 Day: New price of $65 Vat Inclusive/ $57.78 Vat Exclusive
10 Day: New Price of $175 Vat Inclusive/ $155.56 Vat Exclusive
Pay as you Go Rates of $1.45 Vat Exclusive for calls to Digicel Mobile, Other Mobiles, Fixed Lines, USA, Canada & UK Mobile. You will be charged a fixed rate for the first minute of your call, after which per second rates apply.
