A.    How can I top up & recharge my prepaid account?

1. MyDigicel App

Download MyDigicel App on Google Play or Apple App store

  • Go to Main Menu
  • Click on Top Up- choose top up method
  • Click on Plans- choose from prepaid plan
  • Note: customers can also access My Digicel App via link http://mydigicel.net/

2. Online Top Up

Go to www.digiceltonga.com

  • Click on Top Up
  • Enter Order Details
  • Log in or Sign Up with an active email address
  • Review Order
  • Pay & Checkout

3. Friends and Family from overseas

Contact family and friends in NZ, Aus or USA follow steps for Online Top Up.

4. Digicel Mobile Money

Register at any Digicel store & deposit money into your mobile money account

  • Dial *888# to access menu
  • Select buy or send top up
  • Follow through to complete payment

5. Credit U & Credit ME

Credit U: to send credit to another Digicel number. Dial *128*DigicelMobileNumber*AmountofCredit# SEND. Eg. *128*6768781234*5#. Enter 1 to confirm transfer. 30seniti service fee will be deducted on top of credit amount.

Credit Me: to send request to another Digicel number to add credit on your number. Dial *127*DigicelMobileNumber*Amountofcredit requested#. Eg. *127*6768781234*5# SEND

MyDigicel App

  • Click on Top side menu
  • Go to Additional Services
  • Choose to Send Credit or Request Credit
