5. What are the step by step instructions to subscribing to Premium Plans?
Step 1: Dial *123# SEND
Step 2: select option 1 the “Play Go Plans” on the Menu List
Step 3: customer will then select her/his PlayGo plan:
1) Premium 1 Day Pass
2) Premium 7 Day Pass
3) Premium 30 Day Pass
Step 4: Select 1 to confirm purchase
My Digicel App
Step 1: You must have the My Digicel App, registered and log in.
Step 2: Go to ‘Play Go Plan’
Step 3: Select your plan:
4) Premium 1 Day Plan
5) Premium 3 Days Plan
6) Premium 7 Days Plan
Step 4: Select ‘ACTIVATE’ to purchase the plan
6. Can postpaid customers opt-in to the Play Go Premium plan?
Yes, the Play Go premium plan is available for Post-paid customers to purchase as well.
7. Can I opt-out from my current Play Go Premium plan?

1. Step 1: Dial *123#
2. Step 2: select option 10 the ‘OPT-OUT’ option
3. Step 3: select 1 to confirm unsubscribing from the plan
Note: You will be notify via SMS once you are successfully opted out of the plan.
My Digicel App
1. Step 1: Go to ‘HOME’ menu
2. Step 2: identify your Play Go Plan
3. Step 3: select the ‘MANAGE’ option of the Play Go Plan you previously subscribed to
4. Step 4: select ‘OPT-OUT’.
Note: You will be notify via SMS when you are successfully opted out of the plan

· The Play Go Basic & Premium Plan is available for Pre-paid and Post-paid.
· Play Go bundle is exclusive for Play Go usage only
· Play Go Premium plan will auto-renew, upon expiry on 1day, 3days & 7days.
· Multiple opt-in on plans are allowed across Play Go subscription categories
· Play Go plan is NOT applicable when roaming.
· Upon expiry of a Play Go plan, access to Play Go will end too.
· Automatic trigger messages are delivered for successful opt-in, plan auto renewal, data bundle exhaustion, insufficient funds to activate bundle and plan expiry.
