4. What if the customer has an existing SIM?
Staff will check first to see if the existing SIM is a USIM before we before proceed with below scenario.
YES - If the SIM is a USIM then we will award the 1Gb plus the 3-day premium plan.
NO – Staff will then convert the customer old sim into a USIM by replacing the number and then award the 1Gb plus the 3-day premium plan
5. What is PlayGo Premium Plan?
It is a subscription plan for you to watch 15 Digicel TV channels only on the PlayGo app installed on your smartphone or tablet.
6. Where can I download the PlayGo app from?
For android smartphones, go to the Google Play Store on your smartphone or tablet.. For Apple, go to the App Store on your smartphones or tablets. Once downloaded, install the app, register and start to enjoy watching movies, cartoons, music videos, news, documentaries and more.
7. What is the difference between the 1GB for 24 hours and 6GB for 3 days?
You can use the 1GB to browse the internet or check your social media accounts. The 6GB can only be used to watch 15 DigicelTV channels for free on the PlayGo app installed on your smartphone or tablet. You must have the PlayGo app installed on your smartphone or tablet.
8. What happens if I use up my free data before the validity period is over?
You will not be able to access the internet or watch TV on PlayGo unless your buy and active a new plan.
