To celebrate this Family Month of May 2018, Digicel Top Up is giving back to families by running a 10 week MORE FOR YOUR FAMILY promotion for customers to win a share of USD $20,000 in cash prizes.

We are giving more to family and friends by allowing them to receive a $20 top up from both customers based abroad in Australia/New Zealand and in Digicel markets Fiji, Nauru, Papua New Guinea, Samoa, Tonga and Vanuatu. All they need to do is contact family and friends overseas to send them a $20 (NZ, AUD, USD, EUR etc) Digicel Top Up for a chance to go into the draw to win cash. 10 x winners from the Pacific are drawn every Friday and cash will be paid out in the country where the top up is received.

1.    When will the offer be available in the market?
Diaspora “More for your Family” promotion starts Monday 7th May 2018 and ends 29th September 2018

2.    What do customers who go in the draw win?
Customers will win a share of 10 x US$200 cash drawn every Friday. Winners will be randomly selected from customers who receive a AUD/NZD $20 Digicel top up overseas Customer in Pacific Market will be paid the equivalent of US$200 if they are a winner which will be charged back to Diaspora. For example if winner selected is from Samoa they will receive US$200 @ 2.50 = SAT$500.

3.    How do I enter?
To be eligible for the prize draws a customer must receive a NZ/AU $20 Digicel top up from family overseas in order to qualify for the draw. Diaspora team will use weekly top up report from CC team who collects data on customers who calls in to do a voucher a top up and also from Online top up (Ezetop, Ding and Digicel Top Up App) to select winners and advise the markets in the Pacific. Cut off time for top up is 12 midnight NZ time every Thursday. 

4.    How do I know I am in the draw?
Customers who send Top Up Online (Website &/or App) automatically go in the draw based on their preregistered details (when signing up for a Digicel account).  Customers who receive a Voucher &/or Scratch Card from Australia and New Zealand will have their local Digicel number registered when sender of top up is redeeming the PIN number through our Customer care teams on 1800 067 162 (Australia) or 0800 344 423 (NZ). Personal details of sender still required for records are First name, Last name, Address and contact phone number.
 
NOTE: Local winners in Tonga will be contacted via phone call from 123 of where to collect its cash.

For Digicel calling customer, agent will collect the require information from the caller in order to include his/her details in the draw.
Information to be collected by the customer care must include the following:

  • International Customer's Full Name
  • International Contact Number
  • International Address
  • Top up Amount in NZD or AUD value
  • Voucher / PIN / Recharge Number
  • Serial Number
  • Local Number to be topped up
  • Top Amount(TOP Tongan Pa'anga)
