How can I recharge and reconnect my home internet & MIFI account?

1.      MyDigicel App

  • Download MyDigicel App on Google Play or Apple App store
  • Go to Main Menu
  • Click on Bills & Activities
  • Click on Make Payment and enter details
  • Ensure to top up and have available balance

Go to www.bsp.to

  • Click on ‘Online Banking'
  • Sign in with your customer number & password
  • Select Bill Payment
  • Select ‘New’ (first time user)
  • Select ‘Digicel Cable Pacific Ltd’
  • Click ‘Add Relationship (first time user)
  • Or Click ‘Make Payment’ (returning user)
  • Enter account reference number & amount

4.      ANZ Internet Banking

  • Go to www.anz.com/tonga/en/
  • Click on ‘Internet Banking
  • Log on with your user id & password
  • Select ‘Transfer type’
  • Select ‘Digicel Tonga Ltd’
  • Enter customer number & bill amount

5.      *123# Short code

  • Dial *123#
  • Enter 66 for next screen
  • Select 8 for Home Internet
  • Enter your mobile number
  • Select a data plan

You will receive a confirmation message

6.      Digicel Mobile Money

  • Register at any Digicel store & deposit money into your mobile money account
  • Dial *888# to access menu
  • Select Pay Bill
  • Follow through to complete payment

1.      Bank South Pacific Internet Banking

  • Go to www.bsp.to
  • Click on ‘Online Banking'
  • Sign in with your customer number & password
  • Select Bill Payment
  • Select ‘New’ (first time user)
  • Select ‘Digicel Cable Pacific Ltd’
  • Click ‘Add Relationship (first time user)
  • Or Click ‘Make Payment’ (returning user)
  • Enter account reference number & amount
  • Click ok to complete payment

  • Go to www.anz.com/tonga/en/
  • Click on ‘Internet Banking
  • Log on with your user id & password
  • Select ‘Transfer type’
  • Select ‘Digicel Tonga Ltd’
  • Enter customer number & bill amount
  • Click submit to complete payment
