How to sign up for Digicel Home Fibre

Complete the form and submit your contact details

Service Installation

Installation will be completed within three to five business days after receiving the initial payment. Please note that business days are Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and national holidays.

What do you need to sign up?

To sign up for Digicel’s Fibre Internet service, you need to complete an order form provided by one of our Direct Sales Agent. You will also need the following documents: Email Address, Proof of Address, Phone Number and valid form of identification (National ID card, Driver’s licence or Passport)

Confirm Your Address

Complete the form, select your town and submit your contact details

Service Confirmation

An Agent will contact you within 48 hours to confirm serviceability and answer any questions about your Home Fibre plan choice.

Deposit & Installation

Sign the Digicel+ Agreement Form, pay deposit. Our Agent will then confirm the best time to have your Digicel+ service installed.
