2.     Where can I buy the Whatsapp bundles?

The Whatsapp bundles can only be purchased via My Digicel App

 

3.    How do I buy the Whatsapp bundle?

To buy the Whatsapp only bundle, you have to follow the following process:

  • Log into My Digicel App
  • Select My Plan Menu
  • Select Whatsapp bundle
  • Select one of the 3 following Whatsapp plan on the menu.
    • 1 Day 25MB, K2
    • 7 Days 300MB, K15
    • 30 Days 1GB, K25

 

4.     Will I be able to use the Whatsapp bundle for other internet activities like Facebook etc?

You will not be able to use the Whatsapp bundle for other internet activities. The bundle can only be used for Whatsapp only.

 

5.     What will happen if I try to use the whatsapp bundle to browse other sites apart from using it for whatsapp?

You will be charged on any available credits you have or on a regular data bundle if you have a data bundle available while on a whatsapp only bundle

 

6.     Will I be able to make voice and video calls apart from sending messages via Whatsapp with

the Whatsapp bundle?

Yes, you can make voice and video call with the Whatsapp bundle but only to a number, that

has a Whatsapp bundle available.

 

8.     Is the Whatsapp bundle available for postpaid customers?

No, the Whatsapp bundle is not available for postpaid subs
