1. What is a Top Up?

Top Up which is commonly known as ‘pay-as- you-go’, is the term used to describe mobile phone credit been purchased for your account balance (air time) in order to use the Digicel service.

2. How do I check credit balance (Air time)?

1.       Dial *120#

2.       Press SEND and check confirmation on screen for your balance.

3. How do I check service or airtime expiry?

1.       Press *124#

2.       Press SEND/CALL button and check the screen on your phone.

4. Types of available Top Up Mechanisms;

Digicel offers a variety of ways to purchase top up for your mobile phone. And these services are made available to all Digicel users.

a.      Flex Cards

Flex cards are sealed plastic cards that contains a 13 digit voucher number which you can purchase to top up your account. Digicel has available flex card denominations of K3, K5, K10, K20, K50 and K100. All our cards are VAT inclusive. 

To top up your Digicel FLEX account:

1.       Scratch the panel on the card to reveal the voucher number.

2.       Press *121*Voucher number#

3.       Press SEND and check confirmation on screen.

How do I get my balance?

1.       Press *120#

2.       Press SEND/CALL button and check balance on the screen.

How do I check service or airtime expiry?

1.      Press *124#

2.      Press SEND/CALL button and check the screen on your phone.
