The My Digicel App enables smartphone users on the Digicel network to track their usage, recharge, keep updated with offers and promotions and access the customer care team from the palm of their hand using the Live Chat.
Live Chat allows customers to hold real time conversations with an agent responding from the other end of the line, answering questions and queries to solving problems from scratched vouchers to setting up an internet connection.
This innovative approach will enable customers to a much smarter way of communicating and provides a convenient access for all Digicel services wherever they are, 24-hours per day.
