What is REDClub?

REDclub is an exclusive subscription only product that provides members with access to the Best Value Plans in Papua New Guinea.

 

How do I get started?

Dial *675# or *777# to purchase a subscription for K20 (as shown below respectively). Then select REDclub and press 1 to confirm.

SMS confirmation: Your subscription was successful. Dial *675# or *777# and select the REDclub option to access your exclusive REDclub plans. Your subscription is valid for 30 days.

How do I access the exclusive REDClub plans?

Once subscribed to REDclub, follow the steps below to access its exclusive plans. 

 

Step 1: Dial USSD code *675# or *777# and press send

Step 2: Select option 3 (1TOK menu): REDclub {or option 2 from Data menu}

Step 3: Select data plan you want followed by the day option {choose from 1Day, 3 or 7Days or 30Days}

Step 4: Then select a plan: {choose from plans listed}

Step 5: Press 1 to confirm purchase and await SMS activation confirmation {e.g. K3 750MB etc.}

How long is the REDclub subscription valid for?

It is valid for 30 days and customers will be given the option to renew it when the validity expires to keep any active plans.

 

Are the exclusive REDclub plans free once I activate my subscription?

No, once you purchase a subscription to REDclub, you still need to purchase the special plans to enjoy the great value.

 

How are REDclub plans different from the regular data, 1TOK and voice plans?

By subscribing to REDclub, you pay less for MORE data, voice and SMS which gives users more buying power to purchase daily, weekly and monthly plans that is right for them.

 

Does this plan support rollover?

Yes, rollover is included only for Data plans with the same validity within REDclub but are not compatible with regular data plans. The 1TOK plans do not rollover.

 

Is Renewal included in the REDclub plans?

No. If the customer chooses not to renew their subscription within 24hours of its expiry, any plans that expire within that time will not rollover if they subscribe to REDclub again in the future.

 

Is Gifting included in REDclub plans?

No. Gifting is not applicable for these exclusive plans.

 

Can I activate REDclub plans in the MyDigicel app?

No, REDclub is not available in MyDigicel app.

Is this available for all Digicel subscribers?

This plan is only available for Digicel prepaid subscribers.
