This is a top up promotion where customers can do a recharge of K5 or more and get a Free Unlimited Night Call plan valid from 11pm - 6am.

Start date is from 24th June 2021 until further notice.

This promo applies to Prepaid customers only.

Only the first top up of K5 or more between 6am and 11pm or between 12am and 6am will allow customers to get free, unlimited Digi-Digi voice calls.

Customers will receive a text message from +1641 after the topup prompting them to reply "YES" to activate the free unlimited night call plan.

Send an SMS notification from +1641 when the first individual top up of K5 or more between 6am and 11pm or between 12am and 6am with message: "Congratulations! You now qualify for Digicel Free Nights! Reply Yes and claim this free offer now!"

Customers must respond "Yes" in order to claim the free unlimited night call before 6am from the time of recharge. The keyword is not case sensitive.

Send an SMS confirmation message once Free Night Calls plan has been activated, with message: “Your Free Night Calls plan is ready. Enjoy unlimited Digi-Digi calls between 11pm to 6am today. Offer expires by 6am.”

If customer activates the Free Night Calls plan already and replies YES for a second attempt between 6am and 11pm, they will receive a text message advising that multiple activations are not allowed.

Send an SMS confirmation message if customer had already activated the Free Night Call plan and replies YES for a second attempt, with message: “You have already activated the Free Night Calls plan. Offer applies only on the first top up of K5 or more for the day.”

No. If a double recharge of K3 or K4 and K1 is done to an account, you will not be eligible. Top up has to be at the mark of K5 or more to be eligible.

You can receive the free night calls twice per day.

Top up period is from 6am to 6am the next day.

If you top up K5 or more between the hours of 12am and 6am, you will receive free night calls until 6am, and can top up again that day to avail of the free night calls.

If you top up K5 or more between the hours of 6am – 11pm, you will receive free night calls until 6am, and can top up again from 6am the next day to avail of free night calls.

If multiple topups of K5 or more are done consecutively on the same day between 6am and 11pm, an SMS offer will only be received once triggered from the first topup of K5 or more. Customer will not receive additional messages.

If you top up at 11pm, you can still activate the Free Voice Bundle to use. If you topped up after midnight, for example at 1am, you can still activate the free unlimited night call and use it until the plan expires at 6am.

Similarly, if you top up at 3am or anytime between the active hours of the promo but did not activate the bundle, you still have until 6am to activate the free unlimited night calls before the Top up count resets at 6am.

When activated, the free unlimited night calls can be used between 11pm - 6am only.

No. The calls will not roll-over.

No, this plan is not transferrable nor can be gifted to someone else.

Top-up counter will reset at 6am everyday. Unused bundle will also expire at 6am daily.

Send an SMS confirmation message once Free Night Calls plan has expired, with message: “Your Free Night Calls plan expired at 6am. To enjoy more unlimited Digi-Digi calls between 11pm to 6am today, please top up K5 or more.”

If you activated any 1TOK Prime Bundle between 6am and 11pm, and started making Digi-Digi calls before 11pm that day, it would be depleted from the 1TOK Prime Bundle voice plan.

But if you activated any 1TOK Prime Bundle between 6am and 11pm, and started making Digi-Digi calls after 11pm, it would be depleted from the free night call plan until 6am the next day.

Also, if you had activated any 1TOK Prime Bundle between 12am and 6am, and then did your first top up of K5 or more during that period, any Digi-Digi calls you make within that period will be depleted from the free night call plan until 6am that day. Any Digi-Digi calls made after 6am would be depleted from the 1TOK Prime Bundle voice plan.
