A: CellMoni turns your mobile phone into a mobile wallet. Now with CellMoni, Digicel subscribers can easily and conveniently send and receive cash, make payments, and top up their phone or a friend’s phone by using their Digicel mobile.

 

Q: How do I register or opt in for CellMoni?

A: Every registered Digicel Mobile has an inactive CellMoni wallet by default. You just need to Dial *888#, go to My Account and Change PIN to enable your wallet.

 

Q: What should I do if my phone is lost?

A: Immediately call customer care on 888 and advise about the incident. Customer care will block your lost mobile number and advise you of next steps. It is recommended to do a sim replacement to claim your CellMoni Balance.

 

Q: What happens to my CellMoni if I do a sim replacement?

A: When you do a sim replacement, your CellMoni account gets suspended. You will be required to call our customer care on 888 to re-activate your account. After successful verification, our customer care team will enable your wallet and you will be able to access your funds and use CellMoni as usual.
