1.    What is Prime Bundles?
$5 Prime - Bundle price is $5 VIP for 2.5GB valid 24 hours and $7 Prime - Bundle price is $7 VIP for 2.7GB valid 24 hours.

2.    When can I opt in to this offer?
You can opt in to Prime Bundles any time of the day from MyDigicel App or by dialing USSD *141#

 

3.    How do I activate the Prime Bundle?
You can activate / purchase your bundle through 2 methods – USSD, Web and MyDigicel App. 

 

 

• Activation (MyDigicel App):

- Customers will be able to activate Prepaid Digicel Prime Bundle Plan by accessing the MyDigicel App

- After gaining access to MyDigicel by entering the Digicel ID, the customer will go the My Plans section, select available plan, and click on the $5 or $7 Prepaid Prime Bundle to activate the plan.

- After selecting the $5 or $7 Prime Bundle plan the following will happened:

- If the customer has sufficient credit they will receive a SMS advising that the plan has been successfully activated.

- If the customer has insufficient credit they will receive a SMS advising of insufficient funds to activate the plan, please top up and try again.

• Activation (USSD *141#):

- Customers will be able to activate Prepaid Digicel Prime Bundle Plan by accessing the USSD *141#

After dialing *141# in USSD customer should be able to see below screen:


MyDigicel App

1 - Daily & Weekly All In One

2- Daily Prime $5 for 2.5GB

3 - Other Daily Prime Bundle

4 - Data Plans

88 - Press 88 for next screen

 

- After selecting option 2 (Daily Prime $5 for 2.5GB) or option 3 (Other Daily Prime Bundle) the following will happened:

- If the customer has sufficient credit they will receive a SMS advising that the plan has been successfully activated.

- If the customer has insufficient credit they will receive a SMS advising of insufficient funds to activate the plan, please top up and try again.

 


Activation (Web):

- Customers will be able to activate Prepaid Prime Bundle Plan by accessing MyDigicel Web: mydigicel.digicelgroup.com

- After gaining access to My Digicel by entering the Digicel ID, the customer will go the My Plans section, select available plan, and click on the $5 or $7 Digicel Prime Bundle to activate the plan.

- After selecting $5 or $7 Prime Bundle plan the following will happened:

- If the customer has sufficient credit they will receive a SMS advising that the plan has been successfully activated.

- If the customer has insufficient credit they will receive a SMS advising of insufficient funds to activate the plan, please top up and try again.

 

Renewal:

- Customers will receive a notification before Prime Bundles expires advising that their plan will auto renew.

- If at expiry the customer has sufficient credit on the plan will auto renew.

- If the customer has insufficient credit at plan expiry, the auto renewal would have failed and the Prime Bundle ends.

- Customers will also be able to opt out of auto-renewal via USSD, My Digicel App or the My Digicel Web.

 

Expiry:

- When Prime Bundles expires customers WILL NOT keep the remaining MB for their Digital Apps as NO GRACE PERIOD will be applied; However, customer will have Grace Period as per usual for their regular Data, Voice and SMS bundle.

- Grace Period will remain the same for Data, SMS and Voice Bundles.

- Once the plan expires, customer will lose all remaining Digital App Bundles

 

Rollover:

Prime Bundles will not allow rollover of data.

 

 

4.    What is the prize?

5.    How do I go into the draw to win this amazing prize?

Digicel prepaid customers need to opt-in to Prime $5 and Prime $7 by MDA or USSD *141# to enter the draw.  Each opt-in to these plans will register the customer into the draw.


6.    How many times I can enter the promotion?

Customers can opt-in as many time’s during the promotional period to increase their chances of winning. 

 

7.    What is the last date to opt-in & enter the promotion?

The last day to opt-in for your entry to be valid or counted will be Thursday 30th Sept, 2021. 


8.    How will winners be selected as winners? 
The winner will be drawn randomly, regardless of the number of entries that each individual MSISDN has accumulated. All MSISDNs that entered the competition during the promotion period are into the draw platform and winner is then selected.

 

9.    When will winners be drawn? 
Prizewinner will be drawn at the end of the competition period, at a Digicel Office.


10.    Is parental consent required?

If the winner of the registered SIM card is under the age of 16, parental consent and presence is mandatory.

 

11.    Winners Registration

The winner drawn has to be registered to the SIM card and the current user of the sim in order to claim their prize, if the SIM belongs to an individual however is registered under another individual, the rightful winner is the registered SIM individual.

 

12.    Is this offer available to all plans?

This Promotion is available to all prepaid & postpaid customers.

 

13.    How will winners be contacted? 
Winners will be contacted via Phone call.
