1.    How do I get my chance to win?
Simply opt-in to any Prepaid data plan or AiO plan and get points for each opt-in. The data plans are as detailed on table above. These plans are available on *141# and My Digicel APP.

2.    What is the prize?
All entries go into the draw to win:

  • A family holiday to Gold Coast for 1 winner:

- 1 winner + 3 (2 Adults + 2 children)
- $5000 Spending money
- Sea World Family Pass

  • Consolation Prizes:

- Every week, 10 customer numbers are randomly chosen and win free data and free on-net credit for the promotion period. Consolation prize is 1GB and $50 on-net credit valid for 7 days.

3.    How do I go into the draw to win this amazing prize?
Digicel prepaid customers need to opt-in to any data plan on *141# or MDA to enter the draw.  Each opt-in to these plans will be register the customer a certain number of entries into the final draw (as outlined in table above).

4.    How many times I can enter the promotion
Customers can opt-in as many time’s during the promotional period to increase their chances of winning. Auto-renewal of the data plans will also gain customers entries into the draw.

5.    Where can I check how many points I have accumulated?
Customer can dial *336# during the promotion period to check the points they have gathered from opt-ins

6.    Will I get points if I gift data?
No, points are not awarded on gifting, only opt-ins to data plans.

7.    What is the last date to opt-in & enter the promotion?
The last day to opt-in for your entry to be valid or counted will be Sunday the 5th of January, 2019. 

8.    How will winners be selected as winners?
Ten consolation prize winners will be selected on a weekly basis, from an automatically generated report of all MSISDNs that have been logged to have entered the competition since launch date. Consolation prize winners will be drawn every week for the promotion duration. Customer care will make a Congratulatory call to Winners to inform them of win and manually attach $50 on-net credit and 1GB data bundle to winning MSISDNs.

The winner of the grand-prize will be determined in an electronic drawing platform, by random selection regardless of the number of entries that each individual MSISDN has accumulated. All MSISDNs that entered the competition during the promotion period including consolation prize winners, are inputted into the draw platform and winner is then selected.

Random selection→ wins Family Holiday, Spending money, Sea World passes.

9.    When will winners be drawn? 
Consolation prize winners will be chosen weekly.

Grand prize Winner will be drawn at the end of the competition period, at a Digicel Road Show event at the Digicel Aiwo Flagship.

10.    Is parental consent required?
If the winner of the registered SIM card is under the age of 16, parental consent and presence is mandatory.

11. Winners Registration
The winner drawn has to be registered to the SIM card and the current user of the sim in order to claim their 

prize, if the SIM belongs to an individual however is registered under another individual, the rightful winner is the registered SIM individual.

12.    Is this offer available to all plans?
This Promotion is available to all prepaid customers only excluding the tourist SIM and prepaid Digi-modem.

13.    How will winners be awarded? 
Winners will be awarded via a cheque and the cheque can only be cashed by the winner and not any other relative or person.

14.    How will winners be contacted?
Winners will be contacted via Phone call.

15.    Confirmation messages will be as follow:
Upon opt-in to any of the prepaid data plans the customer will receive below successful trigger message;

You have got x entry for a chance to win a Family Holiday to Gold Coast. Opt-in to any data or All In One plan today. Check entries on *xxx#. Ends 6th Jan.

16.    Expiry on purchase of opt-in plan?
Plan expiry will remain the same for each plan.

17.    How can I qualify for this offer?
Upon purchase of a handset on Christmas special from Flagship Nauru-wide, customers will receive a SIM for free that has been provisioned with this offer. The promotion is triggered upon activation of the SIM, which is done by dialing 122. The following SMS is received confirming that the offer is attached:

“Congratulations! You have received 1GB Data to use valid for 7 days. Top-up by $10 after 30 days to get another free 2GB.”

18.    How can I get the next month’s free data?
To get the next month’s data bundle, a customer will need to Top-up by $10 or more after 30 days from SIM activation date to get the next data bundle, same condition also applies for 

19.    How much data will I receive each month?
Data bundles are allocated as outlined in table for each 30 day period from SIM activation:

20.    If I top up less than $10 in the 30 day period, would I receive the FREE data?
No, to qualify for the free offer, it is mandatory to have a minimum top up of $10.

21.    What happens if I skip a month of Topup, will I still get my free data in the next 30 day cycle if I top-up by $10?
No, once you miss top-up of $10 in any of the months, you will no longer receive any data bundles in the next month, if you top-up again. 

22.    If the existing customer purchases a Handset, can Free 1GB attached to their current MSISDNs?
No, offer is only available on a new SIM. 

  • One customer will be selected at random at the end of the promotion period as the winner of the grand prize.
  • Grand Prize includes:
    * A family holiday to Gold Coast for 1 winner
    * Airline Tickets include 1 winner + 3(2adults + 2 children),
    * AUD$5,000 spending money and
    * Sea World Family Passes (2 adults +2 children).
  • Top Up and buy any Data or All In One Plans and earn Points. Points Category is: Daily Plans – 1 point, Weekly Plans – 7 points, Monthly Plans – 30 Points.
  • Points are not received on gifting of data and All in One plans.
  • Ten winners will be randomly selected Weekly as winners of the consolation prizes.
  • Consolation Prizes includes: free data and free on-net credit weekly for the promotion period. (Free 1GB and $50 on-net credit valid for 7 days) Consolation prize cannot be transferred.
