If I am a Digicel Prepaid Customer, do I get a bill at the end of the month?

Digicel Prepaid customer do not receive bills as they pay before they use the service.

What is Digicel Post Paid?

A Digicel Post Paid customer pays for the service after they have used it, i.e. calls made throughout the month are billed at the end of the month. Digicel Post Paid customers will receive a monthly bill. In order to sign up for Digicel Post Paid, you must pay the required deposit. You must bring an ID and you must be on debit.

How much can I spend?

Every customer has a monthly credit limit. At 75% of your credit limit you will receive a text notification advising you that you are at 75%. You will receive another text message at 95%. At 100% you may be barred from making chargeable calls.

How often will I receive a bill?

Digicel Post Paid customers will receive a bill on a monthly basis. Bills are generally issued during the 1st week of the month. 

How will I receive my bill?

Depending on how you have been set up, you will receive your bill either in the post or via email.

How long do I have to pay my bill?

All Digicel Post Paid bill payments are due by the 21st of the month. Accounts are given a grace period of 6 Days, therefore by the 27th whereby payments not received they will go into Warned state whereby the customer will need to pay his bill.

How can I pay my bill?

Customer have a number of options for the paying their bills:

  1. You can set up a Direct Debit through your bank

  2. You can pay at Digicel Flagship Store in Aiwo
