October 29th 2015 - Nauru Got Talent
Thursday 29th October 2015; Aiwo, Nauru: Digicel Nauru in partnership with Nauru Radio FM 105 today launched Nauru’s fifth Got Talent Song Competition.
Digicel being the major sponsor of Cash and the Personality Award Text Platform was very proud to again be part of this talent show this year and every year since its introduction in 2010.
Artists were given a deadline to submit their original songs before the closing date of 9th October at 5pm.
Songs that were submitted were played live on FM 105 from the October 12th to October 25th and voting for the people’s choice award closed on October the 26th at 6pm.
Finalists battled it out at Centennial Hall and this was televised by Nauru Media. The event started at 7pm and played in until 10pm.
The first prize was awarded to Anna Namaduk and the second to Wanda Hiram who also took home the People’s Choice Award winning a brand new Apple Ipad.
